Mr. Boris Mora is not an honest contractor. Please research him on the district clerk's website before proceeding. We wish we had known his past before moving forward. There were many, many days where one or two workers would show, and we were promised 6-8 weeks timeframe. After 3 months, unpaid workers, and less than half the project complete, we parted ways, kissing our money good-bye. Mr. Boris Mora would tell us he was going to buy supplies, be gone for 3 - 4 hours and come back with a light-fixture or some wood. He refused to do work that was promised, made many, many promises that never came to fruition, and we learned later, did not pay his workers the money we paid him specifically for them. Please do not use this person in any capacity.
