They did a great job and were detailed, I would use them again as I get this done twice yearly.

This is not what I received for 450.00. Before they left, a girl showed me around. I noticed my woodfloor and kitchen tile had not been cleaned. I asked if they had cleaned it, she said yes.Garbage can had big dust pile and crumbs all behind it, but was told they are not allowed to "move furniture." My stainless steel refrigerator was a mess if streaks and the stove, same. Fireplace mantel, not dusted, windowsill -deadbugs within dust, buffet, dusted around things, dust bunnies and spiderwebs in corners, bed just had cover thrown up on it. Only "cleaned" bottom floor, approx. 1000 sq. ft. Was here from 1:30 to 5:30, house was not "dirty" to start with, just needed dusting, floors, usual household chores, and was overcharged for a horrible experience. Do not use Molly Maid. Wish I'd have read reviews before hiring. Still looking for good weekly maid. I did make them remop the floor before they left. Didn't notice the other many many other things b4 they left. Note: ceiling fans, forget it. Was told they are not allowed to go higher than 2 steps of a stepstool to dust or clean!!! These girls were about 5 ft. When I called iffice to discuss, she asked me how high my windowsills were! Ummmm, 2 ft off the ground. Terrible terrible business.

The service was okay. I expected the cleaning would be a deep clean, a little more thorough.

NO COMMON SENSE! BE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR. They charged me for a three-hour cleaning for approx. 2,400 sf. They cleaned the posters in my daughter's bedroom, dusted every inch of space in what I would call irrelevant places and then at the end of 3 hours said they did not have time to clean my kitchen. The Spanish-speaking maid, in very broken English, tried to get me to purchase more time. Now, prior to their arrival, my home was not filthy, but just needed a general cleaning. That's what I thought I was paying for. I did not ask for light bulbs, couches, posters and frames, etc., to be cleaned before getting to the primary areas people would like to have cleaned. I was never asked and did not know I needed to provide a list. They are very organized, but be careful with this group.

I didn't like that they kept sending different girls. They sent one particular group of girls that didn't clean the tub and would talk on the phone. When I showed the girls that the tub wasn't cleaned, they got attitude. I told Molly Maids that I didn't want these girls any more, and they didn't send this group for a couple of months and ndash; but then they did start sending them again. So, I stopped using them. I liked that they were local and legal.

They do a normal housecleaning. They bring their own cleaning supplies.

They come every other week. They cleaned my house very well. They are very pleasant. They are always on time. They are consistent when they are cleaning. They are very friendly. They do work with my time. They adjust their time as needed and they work well with that.

Since I am a single dad, the house can get pretty messy. It always looks nice after they are here. They call 30 minutes before to let me know the ladies are on their way. It is always the same 2 ladies which means they remember where things are and your preferences. The management is very accessible for feedback.

Overall, our experience with Molly Maid was poor. The cleaning crews they sent out usually did a very good job. Our only complaint with them was the irregularity of their arrival time. We have several small children, so we made it clear that there were times during the day that worked better for us. They would show up some weeks at 10am, and others at 3pm. Nevertheless, the crews were courteous and professional. Our trouble was with the main office. As many other members have said, their billing was irregular, often unexpected, and inconsistent. Moreover, conversations with their office personnel were unprofessional, discourteous, and sometimes downright confrontational! They were never able to explain discrepancies/difficulties adequately, and became defensive and/or combative when we pressed for clarification. On more than one occasion their response was simply, and quot;well, do you want to cancel your service?and quot; Eventually, we did! We found Molly Maid inflexible, unprofessional, and generally dismissive, which is very sad considering the level of service provided by their cleaning personnel. In the end, they couldn't care less whether or not they kept our business.

They did a move out cleaning. Our overall experience is good and we will use them again in the future.\

They do a good job and they are less expensive then other companies that I got quotes from.

They were very nice and efficient. They cleaned really well. They were very responsive. I would use them again in the future.

They do all the standard cleaning and I found them either in the telephone book or on the internet. Nothing about them stands out I guess I am just too lazy to change; they do a reasonable job. They spend about 4 or 5 hours here the first time they came out and did a really good job. I will use them again in the future.

The first experience was good. The second experience wasn't so great. They broke one of our blinds and didn't do such a great job cleaning.

Initially the service was very good. We had a direct contact person and they did a good job. The problems started with payment issues. We pay by bill pay with our bank. The service began making unauthorized charges to our credit card they insisted we must keep on file, and told us it would not be run without calling us to confirm authorization to run it. They ran our card, then cashed our bank draft, then took days to refund the credit card charge. We began leaving checks with the maids on dates of service, and we had to rescind Molly Maid's authority to have or use that card because this happened more than once. Service quality went down sharply after this. They were expressly told not to do dishes or load the dishwasher - we have a history of maids breaking dishes. This was an express provision in our contract. They have twice violated this part of our contract. This past service, they laid our holiday mugs on top of glassware in the dishwasher and ran it - and the dishes were already clean. They were to use their own cleaning supplies, but instead used our cleaners until gone and did not replace. They also improperly cleaned our hardwood entryway so there is now a film on it. They did the same in the kitchen. When I called our direct contact person, I was advised she no longer works for Molly Maid, and I should contact Erica at the main office number. I left a message for her to call me several days ago, and I have not received a call back from her or anyone else at Molly Maid. I have by voicemail today demanded a refund for the last service and requested a call back. I am awaiting a response. UPDATE I have reported on the wrong Molly Maid - this should be for Molly Maid Galleria and Midtown. So I received a voicemail to my call advising my message would be sent to Erica or management for a response. Two days later I received an invoice for over $200 which made no sense since I paid for all services as they were performed. The next day I received a voicemail returning my call about poor service. I called today to cancel my service. I was advised they would agree not to come for the next service, but would not close my account because I had a balance of $101.45. Since services are $105, this makes no sense. I told them that wasn't correct, that I had paid for all services, they were not to charge my card since I had previously withdrawn their right to use the card, and please cancel my account. I terminated the call to avoid further argument. I called back to make arrangements to have them return my house key. They advised I had to drive to Houston to retrieve my key, that they don't mail keys for security purposes, or they would discard my key. I have no faith they would securely discard my key, nor that they have reliably handled my key since they can't abide by a simple contract or keep accurate billing records. So now I have to pay to re-key my house. Avoid this company and save yourself a significant hassle.

I scheduled the crew, for the next day to do the work. They were supposed to call me about 30 minutes before. When I hadn't received a call by about two hours after I was expecting them, I called the office. They had some technical difficulties that prevented them from retrieving my number, but did have the crew come out at about 3:00 that afternoon. No harm, no foul. I wasn't available to be there, so I let them work on their own. Let me say that the areas that they cleaned, they did a good job. However, they didn't clean all of the areas of the house, and I had to have the crew come back out to finish up. Again, I wasn't available to stay with them, so I gave them instructions regarding what needed to be done. When I came back, the crew had already finished and left. And again, what they cleaned they did well. They just didn't clean everything that I requested, so I decided to finish the job myself.
