Felipe came out, explained everything and did an excellent job. He was able to quickly find the covered up outlet from a picture I took of the wall right after Harvey for FEMA. I would use Mr. Sparky and Felipe again. Also, the customer service representative who initially contacted me was very polite and professional. She set up our estimate appointment quickly to help make it easier for us. For both appointments, they called before coming and arrived on time.
