Mister Sparky (Houston)

We had an issue with our electrical system and called Mister Sparky. They quickly worked us into their schedule for the following day, called to confirm ahead of time, and the technician, Tommy, was fantastic when he arrived. His recommendations were very helpful, and we definitely recommend Mister Sparky!

From the initial phone call to set up an appointment, to the actual repair visit, every aspect was very professional. The electrician, Mike, was on time, identified our breaker box problem immediately and made the repairs. We are very pleased with their service and will definitely recommend Mister Sparky to others.

I am very impressed by this company's competence and professionalism. Everyone I dealt with, on the phone and the technician, were friendly and courteous. The technician, Bill, showed up at my home on time (a big plus in my book) and performed the work efficiently (another big plus for me). The office also followed up to be sure I was satisfied with the service. I would certainly recommend this company to others.

We had an intermitent issue with some of our outlets for years, which was very difficult to diagnose and repair in a single visit. A previous company had been out 4+ times and they couldn't fix it. Mr. Sparky was not able to fix it after their first visit, but they followed up with me the next day and came back out and finally fixed it. Their customer service mentality is amazing and I appreciated all they did to ensure I was satisfied.

I had 4 projects (repairs and installations). Bill was very personable, professional and knowledgable. I will definitely ask for him next time I schedule maintenance for my home. As this is an older home, his safety inspection was accurate and informative and his suggestions for future maintenace items was appreciated. The job was performed quickly and efficiently and he and Cornell left their workplace very clean. I thought the price was reasonable.

The repairman was courteous and knowledgable. Explained what he was doing and. Forewarned me of safety issues. Mister Sparky company was completely friendly and professional.

I will definitely use them again -- from my first call to the office to the follow-up call after the technician had left, a great experience generally. The only thing I didn't get was the call 30 minutes ahead to let me know when they'd arrive.

The technician was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She took the time to explain the problem in terms that I could understand and what options I had. She also explained areas that could be improved and the best way to go about implementing those improvements. The quality of the service that she provided was above and beyond what I would have expected. OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!

Called Mister Sparky to repair some shoddy wiring in my new house. They called prior to the visit, arrived on time, quoted the job, then went to work. Customer service and quality of work was excellent.

Professional and friendly staff. Response time was quick, they came out and did the work the same day. They are a little pricey, but you pay for the convenience that they are 24 hrs and respond quickly.

We called Mister Sparky because of a problem with a GFI outlet in our master bathroom, and noticed other erratic behavior with an outlet in the bedroom. After providing the details of the issue to Jacob, he was able to diagnose the problem and identified the root problem with an outlet in the bedroom. Jacob is TOP NOTCH. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Provided me an explanation at every turn. I will definitely keep the phone number in the tool bag.
