The electrician who helped me, was very friendly and professional. He worked very quickly and we had a nice chat.

This was my first time to use Mister Sparky. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service, rapid response time, and follow-up afterwards. The technician phoned before hand to give an approximate arrival time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the parts on his truck to fix right then and there. He also let me know they would warranty the workmanship for seven years! Wow, that's 3.5 times longer than my own builder offered when I bought my home brand new! Actually, to say I was impressed with Mister Sparky's customer service and professionalism from initial phone call through the service appointment would be and understatement. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Positive experience right from our first call - scheduling with Amanda was pleasant, courteous and helpful. Right through to problem being found and repairs being made by electrician, Leonard, who was experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, personable, polite, punctual. No negatives at all. We were informed of all charges before the work was done, and payment made after work completed. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They came and ran a larger wire for an appliance upgrade we are doing. They came and got everything done and did a great job cleaning up as well.

They were very professional and courteous and arrived on time and thankfully were able to get the power back on again the same day. I was also very impressed by the young man's honesty. I had completely forgotten when our power went out that as I was doing laundry I took cash out of my blue jeans and placed it on the dryer. This young man walked all over the house and in the garage alone and did not take the cash. The next day when I saw the cash it made me feel good to know that there are still honest trustworthy people especially someone so young. I believe his name was John. And I just want him to know he did great.

Great Service, prompt and efficient. The technician arrived at the scheduled time; he was courteous and polite. He explained the process so I could easily understand what needed to be done to correct my problem. I like it that Mister Sparky keeps a record of previously completed jobs they have completed for me. It gives me a sense of continuity when I have to call them out to work on something new in my home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done in their home.

Prompt and polite. Explained service model and costs for repairs. Work was performed quickly and safely. Costs were reasonable considering it was a task I could have performed myself but did not want to for safety reasons.

I would have liked to be informed of the cost before the service. Was charged $99 to have a light bulb changed. Technition did not inform me of cost of ladder until after job was completed. For this reason I would probably not use this service again.

A very professional company. The gave me a 4 hour window for arrival. They called me 30 minutes before arrival. Tony was very professional. I will definitely call them again.

Tony was my representative and he was a master electrician, not some tech that I typically get. That alone was a big plus in my book. We did a whole house inspection first, then I explained what I had been experiencing and what I wanted him to do. He asked a lot of good questions as we toured the house, making notes as we went along. He explained what he was seeing and then went about figuring out the wiring of the house. He had to solve some mysteries in our 20+ year old house. He kept at it for about two hours, then formulated a plan to get everything in shape. He replaced a total of seven outlets, four of which were outside and not working at all, plus fixed a weird four way switch that had perplexed us. He suggested additional work, which doubled the cost of the work, but he showed me the problems in person and explained his concerns. I felt very comfortable with him and felt he was genuine and honest. Now my house is very safe from an electrical point of view and I really don't mind spending the extra money, even if it was way beyond what I had anticipated. However, given the number of repairs and fixes, it is in line with what others would have charged on an hourly basis plus parts. I'll definitely use this company again and will ask to get Tony back next time too.

Leonard was outstanding. He recognized the problem within seconds and corrected it in about the same amount of time.
