Great customer service. Did a good job of explaining the work being done. A little pricey but they were quick and thorough.

Friendly, efficient and professional service

very knowledgeable, professional and he even put booties over his shoes. We just purchased a new electric stove and wanted to be sure we had hard wired it properly. He patently looked over everything, explaining what else needed to be done. We feel much safer now.

My service tech. was very knowledgeable and personable. .He explained what was needed in a way that most any layman could understand .I was also having a minor issue with some work done by the same company 5 years ago This issue was taken care of at no charge. They arrived during the initial window given and called to confirm when they were 30 minutes out I also like the fact that my tech. was from the area. I would recommend them highly.

Electrician was upfront about costs to his recommendations. worked effeciently and was very professional. Scheduling service was also very easy, and was called 45 min before electrician arrived.

Very professional. Was on-time, quickly solved my problem and explained my options. I've seen that some were not happy with the upselling. I found the inspection and discussion of possible dangers to be helpful as I have an older home and have not had electrical work done here before. My electrician did not put a lot of pressure on me and we ended up scheduling some but not all of the additional work to be done at a later date.

When the plugs that the service guy came out to fix went out again, they sent another guy out at no charge. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly.

I was very impressed by the technician that made our repairs. There were several things I called about and he saved me money by not doing work that was not necessary. I really like the 7 year warranty that goes with the work that is done. I also like that when I call again that they will try to send the same person. I was pleased with this company and would recommend them highly.

This is an amazingly professional and efficient operation. The pricing is all up front and very reasonable, the electrician was extremely polite and careful. The telephone booking and follow-up were superb. If every service company could be half as terrific. I have every confidence in them.

Second time I have used Mister Sparky, was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Jacob was very professional, even insisting on wear booties after I told him it was not necessary, very pleasant and answered all questions. Fixed issue very quickly.
