Super nice and very competent tech. He corrected one issue that previous company said would require retiring with one quick step and one light fixture! I am not a fan of the one price fits all pricing plan though.

Upsetting call from office during window of arrival time, saying they couldn't come out that day and had to reschedule, I said NO. Not okay. I'm ill and you must come today! I had rescheduled entire week around this appointment. So the did come out. William was a dream. He was comforting and kind and respectful and explained the problem and solution options. I only want William to come out in the future. He was wonderful!
