I did not like how they priced the job. It is like getting a car repaired, they charge you by "book hours" instead how long it takes. Other than that, I really like the company.

Very professional. Very clear on pricing, issues, and repairs. This is the second time I have hired them and both times were first rate.

Professional service

I had a breaker increased to accomodate a new oven, no wiring needed to be replaced just the breaker and it was almost $300. I felt it was expensive for what I got??

$59 trip fee. Tech did some initial checks, and then said that he needed to charge $289 to use additional diagnostic equipment. Within 3 minutes told me that my underground line wasn't delivering the proper power to my panel. Quoted $2,200 to repair. Another company came out and diagnosed the same for free and did not need $289 equipment fee to diagnose. Bottom line is do not use this company. They stick it to you any way they can. Enjoy the $289 Mister Sparky. It will be the last dollar you get from me or any of my neighbors.

The electrician arrived on time. He acted in a professional manner. He work was clean and neat

Hot tub was tripping circuit breaker after two years of no problem on 15 amp breaker. While tech recommended to install a 20 amp circuit, I asked to just replace 15 amp breaker. That worked. Very prompt courteous service.

Efficient and professional. The only downside was the cost, which was about 19% higher than the identical installation in my previous home. Overall, one of my better experiences in this move, which says alot.
