William was very professionally and helpful. Answer all my questions and finish the work the same day he came for the first visit. Price was reasonable.

I had an unusual problem that continued for 4 days and was very expensive. Now I don't know if the overhead light was what caused the breaker to have a problem or if the problem with the breaker caused the problem with the overhead light. Felipe did go above and beyond to resolve my problem.

The Bishop and Jeremy were the best, but the price was very high. I could have paid less but I trusted that the technitions would do the best job.

The electrician did a good job of repairing the problem as well as letting me know what he found on the full house inspection.

I have a door bell that was not working and could not figure out the issue. Ryan showed up on a Saturday and was able to troubleshoot the issue but did not have the parts. He called his colleague and waited an extra hour for the parts before he finished the job. During the wait time, he inspected the house electrical system for no additional cost and did not try to push us to buy any system/services we did not. Great work. The only reason it is not a "5" for the value rating is the cost of the project. I thought the price is high for the job. I would have saved a lot of money by just going with a wireless doorbell but I prefer to have wired ones, so given the time he spent on the system, I guess I cannot complaint too much.

Showed up on time. Did complete electrical survey of home and discovered a few issues we will take care of later. We just had him take care of the main issue, and it was handled quickly and completely. It was on the expensive side, but not fixing it could have been worse.

Responded promptly. Serviceman knowledgeable, but company excessively promoted extra services. I did not wish to rebuild my house!

Do not hire this electrician! Asked "MisterSparky" (Katy, Tx) for an estimate to wire an outdoor floodlight into a wall switch in my living room (about 30 feet). Just getting the estimate cost $300, and their proposed solution included exposed conduit outside and a hole cut in my living room wall for them to route the wires. The estimated cost was $1,635 and he tried to "upsell" me on a bunch of other improvements to a total estimate of $5,824. Ended up with a local electrician. AMAZING job with totally concealed wiring and not one hole cut into my house, inside or out. Total cost: $300. Mister Sparky is a rip off. DO NOT HIRE THEM. I'm happy to recommend my local electrician if you need one. ==================== Update: This issue has been resolved. Mr. Sparky has told me that they counselled the electrician that came to my home, and refunded the $300 that I was charged. You might want to consider them for your electrical projects, but I STRONGLY recommend getting at least two estimates for any significant electrical work (it saved me over $1,300).

They are very friendly and on time. The job went longer than expected but he didn't stop until it was finished. I am very pleased with it. I will recommend them and use them again!

They were professional in calling and scheduling the service. They arrived on time and gave me the quote for fixing it. The quote was high and the diagnosis would require a lot of tracing of the electrical lines to find the problem. I agreed to the quote of $325 even though it sounded high. The technician was done in 20 minutes. I just feel like it's not right for the company to charge that high for 20 minutes of service.

They were prompt and installed the charging station per the instruction provided. Going on 10 months of use and no problems. They were very neat, courteous and did a good job.
