The Mister Sparky repairmen were excellent. They had to pull the panel to replace wire. They waited for the City to come do their "thing" and then worked tirelessly to replace the wiring and get power back on. The guys were pleasant and very professional to work with.

Great customer service, John N. was very professional and made sure that I understood what he was doing and why. This is the 2nd time I've used Mister Sparky and I had a favorable experience the first time as well. They are a bit pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. I would/will use them in the future.
