They came on time and did what I asked them to do.

On January 26th mr. Sparky came out and installed two new Outlets and one date box for my cables after the repairs of the sheetrock the Lights Went Out I contacted mr. Sparky around 7pm and spoke with mr. Matthew he was concerned about who fault was it the painters are his guys worried about who's going to pay him instead of my family's well-being and never sent anyone out to correct the issue. Due to this situation it cause the breaker box to trip and leaving me with no lights upstairs and no security and internet my family and I all had to sleep downstairs concerning about the outlets maybe Catching Fire

Clint was my technician. He was prompt, articulate, professional, and cleaned up after performing a great job. I was very pleased!

The technician was very knowledgeable and helped us decide what was best for our electric panel. If we ever need electrical work done again we will use Mister Sparky.

This company was very prompt in calling to set up an appointment. The electrician was prompt, courteous and explained the nature of the repair. The repairman located the problem very quickly and made the necessary repair to a room switch

Project was to mount a new garage security light and turn an existing attic light. Both jobs were done promptly. he cleaned all refuge after his work, carried away old fixture. Price was given up front. I would use Mister Sparky & Sean again

I thank you for you speedy response however, I am not impressed by the exposed wires, surely there should have been some electrical tape or duct tape to protect the wires from the elements on the van. The Tech had no problems taking the old electrical tape off and leaving it on the ground just where it fail. But the Tech assured me that it would be okay exposed because he was not going back up there - I'm not sure if it is because I am an African American but I am sure if I was of another race and home was 100k or more I would not have exposed wires and the old tape would have been picked up. Now I am waiting for the rain to wet the wires and then only God knows what will be the result. But surely the arrogant Tech will eliminate himself from all responsibility because after all the person on the phone gave him a 10 rating while we were discussing the exposed wires and after he got the rating the Tech was done. I would like my wires covered please.
