+ -1 moreMilitary AC and Heat replaced my AC unit before we bought the house. As soon as we moved in we had to call them back to add freon to the downstairs unit. We've had to do this once a year. I was told that the evaporator coil is leaking. Military came out since the part was under warranty and the tech said the evaporator was fine, it was the shrader valve that was leaking due to him melting it when he initially installed it. He also said my unit was 2 lbs low on freon when it was filled up about 3 weeks prior. Military AC said it would be about $400 to fix the problem. They wanted me to pay $400 to fix what they melted during the initial install. After never receiving a call back from the manager/owner and dealing with the dispatcher who came up with every excuse why they could not back the work that they screwed up I called another company to look at the part that they said was melted. They claim to have taken a picture of the melted part but would not send it to me. The second company told me the freon was full and the shrader valve cap was just on crooked. DO NOT USE MILITARY AC. THEY ARE DISHONEST, RUDE CROOKS.

+ -1 moreDo not go with this company the lady that always answers the phone is so rude. We had an appointment for Monday for them to come and replace the A/C unit The weather conditions were poor outside due to rain I called to see if there was any way we could reschedule for a later time That day since it wasn’t going to rain the whole day she decided to reschedule till Friday after waiting almost two months to resolve this issue and she started to say she didn’t care this company it’s a joke.

+ -1 moreThey ended up switching off the outside unit and spent last not in 85 degrees in my home. Upset, I file a complaint with BBB then they sent someone to to take care of the issue. Loretta being vindictive she call and forfeited the job which delay the resolution of an issue. The delay will cause further damages the sheet rock in 2 rooms.
Description of Work: Military Air has been to my home 7 times for the same issue. Now it is the Air Handler with crack in the drain pan. My Home Warranty Company sent Military Air out on previous occasions and they've resolved the AC issue. They Scheduled an appointment from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm in which I explained I work between those hours.I asked if they could come out on Friday 08/04/17 and was told no. My Home Warranty company sent me an email with the appointment scheduled between 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Since they had not arrived b 1:15 pm, I called to see if I was still on the schedule and told they had an emergency. Then I was told they would arrive by 6:00 in which I took of from work to be here between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. I'd hoped to go to work after they finished. Jacob arrived after 6:00 pm and found the air handler needed to be replaced. They explained the process after finally finding the issue after 5 visits for the same issue.They did not check to see if the air conditioning would come back on after they disturbed everything in the attic. In diagnosing the issue, they disconnected something to the outside unit therefore the unit outside would not come back on. I do not know anything about air conditioning which is why they were called to repair. I called Military Air again to tell them the unit did not come on and inside was blowing hot air. Jacob had me to check the breaker outside which nothing happened. Then was told he would be out on my area the next day so he could come back. I told him that is unacceptable that I could not stay in this house as hot as it is. They did not care whether I was hot and was still recovering from surgery. I went back to work sooner than needed so I would not get behind with my creditors. I am 65 years old and need to work to make ends meet but they would not leave without the $70.00 deductible. My air handler and outside unit is still under warranty so they could not make extra money off me. So I was left to suffer in a house that was 85 - 90 degrees and sick. This company talks about RLC Services and Temperature Pro to get all the business and they are worst than them. I am filing a complaint with the state because shouldn't be able to service air conditioning when they cause more damages than what came out for. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! If you use them follow every step they make in your home and double whatever they claim they repaired.
