+ -1 moreI paid the owner Darence Isaac $75.00 in cash to order some rivits and to come back and repair my recliner. He kept my money and never returned. He would not answer my phone calls or texts. He is a complete fraud and a crook.

+ -1 moreI'm sure the service would have been great had I been able to speak to them. I don't feel it is very professional to not return a potential customer's voicemail message if you are trying to keep a small business in business.
Description of Work: I had three couch cushions chewed up by my dogs. Meticulous was the first company I called for an estimate. I should have been turned off by the comment on their website that says "we primarily work with moving companies..." but it appeared that they would also take any furniture repair job. Too bad they never answered the phone or returned my voicemail message.
