Description of Work: The person they sent to clean was dedicated and did just what the service required of her.

Description of Work: I hired them for a detailed cleaning on the day I moved into my new house.

Description of Work: I had them come twice and both times they had to come back because there were many things not cleaned as they prescribed. They broke something on the first trip and never offered to replace it. I complained and each time they offered to come back but I wanted the work done on the first trip. I will never use them again. They are very expensive and it is not worth it considering the poor job they actually perform.

Description of Work: They deep cleaned my home, top to bottom. They did such a great job I hired them to do the regular once every two week cleaning. I have wood floors all throughout and noticed that after they clean, the dust bunnies don't accumulate quite as quickly. My last cleaning service, I would have dust bunnies accumulate within three days. It's been 1.5 weeks and I don't see any dust bunnies. I also like it that they have me check their work and sign off on it before they leave. That way, I can make sure they do a thourough job. I am OCD and my obsession is floors and dust - and they did a great job. They even cleaned my chandeliers which are two floors high, as well as the lintel over the front door. The price is a bit high - they originally quoted me $125, but my old service only charged me $85. So they worked with me, and I'm paying $105. For this service, I think the extra $20 is worth it as they do an excellent job. They came highly recommended to me by a friend who is also OCD, so I had a good feeling about this service. I appreciated that they were able to negotiate with me and not just a take it or leave it price. We'll see how they do over time, as they've only cleaned once so far. I did hire them to do my regular cleaning, so I hope that they keep up the great work. I've had other services before that started out really well and then the quality of the cleaning was not so good after a few years. So in about a year, I'll maybe come back and update this post to let you know if they are still doing the excellent job they started with my first cleaning.
