I have worked with Scott for many years. They provide very good service. Their price is very reasonable. I had wasp in my roof area. I called Scott. His crew came on time and he was very friendly. Because of difficulty in spraying in certain parts of roof, he came couple of additional times at no additional cost. I am very impressed by his commitment to quality and to his customers. Will highly recommend him.

George was excellent - professional, kind, and efficient. Patched holes and told me how to set traps. Excellent experience, would definitely call them again.

They actually were very good the problem is, they are so busy that it takes them a while to get out to you. We have bee infestations. We have them in two places in our house right now. I called the first day, they couldn't even get out here for 10 days so we are still waiting for them to come. But I like the service and if they are that busy, everyone is that busy. I know it is kind of out of their control but now they need to hire someone else.

George was awesome. First trip out was to identify rodent entry points to the attic and to set 10 traps. Second visit he patched the holes - appears that he did a very thorough job - and to retrieve the 4 traps that caught rats. He was very professional and prompt. I would highly recommend McGrath!

The technician came out the next day and set a trap. They promptly removed the critter the morning that I called. All for a fraction of what I paid Critter Control last time.

It was great. If I asked them to spray a couple of extra spots, they were always happy to hit them with no extra charge. Their treatments never damaged my home, and they were safe for my kids and pets. They're very courteous and friendly, and the treatments were effective.

The workers are good. I work with George. He is the one who normally comes around and takes care of the pests. A lot of these pest control companies require you to sign a one year agreement but i like McGrath Pest Control Services because they are not like that. When i call them, they will call you and they do not push you like other comapnies. If you have any issues, they will come back for free. I would recommend them and use them in the future.

McGrath is the best service. They are on time. They know their bugs. If there are any issues, they take care of it. We have been customers since 1988 and we wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Scott, the owner responded very quickly and was most helpful with all of my questions and queries. I spoke with a very helpful lady in the office and scheduled a visit from George for the red wasps. I had a courtesy call the day before to confirm the service which I appreciated. George was very knowledgeable and most helpful. He sorted the wasps problem and was most helpful explaining the termite and bug plans etc. A very pleasant and extremely helpful gentleman. We were very happy with the services throughout every step of the process and would highly recommend. We will definitely use your service every time for our pest needs - thank you!

Just signed onto Angie's List as a new customer to find Pest Control in The Woodlands, TX. Good reviews from McGrath and scheduled call for following week. George, technician, came out on time and was personable and friendly. Explained all work to be performed and did the work making sure to treat inside and out very throughy. Didn't try to upsell me, but did answer questions and put a note for the office to contact me as a reminder for next quarter. Great company.

I had contacted a few highly rated companies from Angie?s List. Scott was the first to respond and was able to work around our schedule. He was very personable and confident and explained in detail what we were facing and gave us options. No scare tactics. We?d seen swarms and with our wood siding house, it was a matter of time before we?d become the local hotel for termites. Scott and his team were extremely professional and careful. They did a full termite treatment by digging a small trench around the house and filled it with a tasty treat that will make those bugs wish they?d never come to our house. This is the newer and more effective process for treating these terrible bugs. When his team left, you couldn?t even tell they?d dug anything. We?ve hired Scott to come back and treat the inside of our house for other creepy crawlies and put us on a quarterly contract. We are very pleased with his office staff and he?s great.

The provider is always prompt and the services are explained. They call every 3 months to schedule our next service. Great company!

I wish termite treatment was included

McGrath Pest Control and team are knowledgeable, responsive and professional. They have helped us with various pest issues over the last few years and always come through. I am a loyal customer and recommend their services highly - they are the best at what they do in Houston.

Scott, the owner, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable taking the time to explain the details of wood destroying insects as he inspected the inside of our prospective home. Due to a misunderstanding at the time of making the appointment, Scott was unaware that a crawl space inspection was going to be needed. Regardless, he happily suited up and conducted a thorough inspection of the entire crawl space beneath the house. And because it wasn't part of the original quote, he did not charge the usual crawl space fee. He then explained the findings in great detail and made suggestions for possible preventative measures should the house be purchased. We did end up purchasing the house and we will be calling McGrath back for all of our pest control needs.

They were excellent. I enjoyed their service. I found them through Angie's List. They didn't find any need to do any spraying. The experience was extremely satisfying. The price was reasonable.

After buying an older house, I ordered a pesticide treatment for both the house and the yard. The kitchen cabinets were left empty to maximize the benefit of the application. I expected a heavy-handed treatment, but was dismayed that the young man applied a light amount of spraying here and there throughout the house, around the garage, and through the doors leading into attic spaces. Apparently, the order was mistakenly written up as though I were a "regular" client getting a quarterly touch-up. I was exceedingly disappointed and unhappy. When I took my complaints to the owner, he responded with concern by sending out his best man, George, to re-do the job to my satisfaction. Besides the careful application of powder into cracks between cabinet boards inside kitchen cabinets where I had my greatest concerns, George also puffed the powder into weep holes on the exterior wall outside the kitchen, and then thoroughly sprayed the kitchen cabinets. All along the way, George very kindly made it clear that my satisfaction was his primary concern. He also alleviated my fears when he pointed out that no living bugs were rousted out of the walls and cracks after the treatment, so we were in good shape. If all companies were run with such concern for detail and the customers' satisfaction, we wouldn't need Angie's List!

Note: Price indicated is total cost for 3 treatments. The first treatment was $260, the second was half off, and the third was free. We've had a serious flea control problem for 2 years now, and have spent countless dollars on pest control services and treatments for our dogs. Needless to say we had a serious problem. We used McGrath after a previous service failed to solve the problem. It ended up taking 3 treatment over the course of 3 months, but the problem is largely solved. The most important thing to point out about MCGrath is their professionalism. It's not just a matter of returning calls, or being on time for service appointments - you have to do a good job, and you have to own the results. After the second treatment did not clear the infestation, much to the surprise of McGrath, the owner himself came out to supervise the treatment and make sure that all bases were covered, and that our problem would be taken care of. And the third visit was free of charge.

They did a quarterly service for interior and exterior of house. Our technician was knowledgeable and professional. I was very happy with his service, and will continue to use this company.

The services turned out well. I liked that he was very informative and straight forward and did not try to force any additional work. His pricing is also very reasonable as well.

The gentleman (Hawaii, maybe?) that showed up at the door was extremely friendly and professional. Did not find any evidence of termites - zero cost. Highly recommend.
