Description of Work: Excellent communication and timely follow up. When we initially started service we had an ant issue and they returned until completely taken care of. Can"t say enough positive things about service or field technicaians.

Description of Work: The representative arrived on time. He checked the attic for possible pests that were suspected. He left baited traps. After about a month, he returned and checked the traps. No vermin were found.

Description of Work: McGrath is locally owned and operated by Scott McGrath. I met Scott when I asked him to inspect my home for termites and provide a quote/warranty for termites and to get pricing for ongoing exterminating services. I have used McGrath since 2012 and they have been excellent. Hawaii is the name of our exterminator. He is trustworthy and always in a good mood and shows up on time.

Description of Work: They installed a Mosquito Misting System. Scott McGrath (owner) personally oversaw the installation. I also had them treat our home to prevent termites. We live near a bayou and they are assisting us to control roof rats. So far all services that I requested have be performed as scheduled and within the price quoted which I feel was fair. I would definitely recommend Scott and his team!

Description of Work: The services were for the honey bees in the roof eave and ants, spiders around the house. The provider showed up on time, had experiences and professional. The cost is reasonable compared with other contractor.

Description of Work: Scott, the owner, came by and performed a home inspection, specifically looking for signs of termites. He did not find any. Gave pricing for various services, but did not charge for the initial inspection. I plan on using them for quarterly services. Very professional.

Description of Work: We requested online for them to contact us regarding rodent problem. They called promptly. Unfortunately they have a full schedule and would not be able to come out for at least two weeks. Great reviews from others so disappointed but with kids and ick factor can not wait. They did refer us to another company but that one did not have nearly the quantity of great review. So still looking.

Description of Work: We heard "critters"in our attic The tech came and set traps in the attic but we never caught any animals. But, the noises stopped so another tech came and removed the traps. They were prompt, professional and pleasant to deal with.

Description of Work: Scott has come out to the house multiple times over the past few years. We had an urgent call the first time we used him and he was able to come the next day. An ant infestation in the bathroom with a potty training 2 yr old was a crisis! He even recommended what to do that evening in the meantime. He is a personable guy and I feel very comfortable with him in my home. I would recommend Mc Grath Pest Control to anyone.

Description of Work: When I called McGrath Pest Control, the lady on the phone took a great deal of time answering questions for me and was very courteous. The technician came out and spot treated some of the places that fire ants were tunneling into the weep holes on the sides of the house. At that time, he could not treat the entire yard as there had been an abnormal amount of rain. He came back after the rains stopped and treated the total yard and the parameter of the house. He also answered questions for me and spot treated some outlets in my kitchen where the fire ants were entering the house even though that was not a part of the contract. I have not seen any fire ants since that time. He was very courteous, professional, on-time, and thorough. Additionally, I did not compare prices and do not know whether the price is in-line, lower, or higher than other exterminators. Since the company had an outstanding rating with Angie's List, I assumed that their prices were good. There was a warranty with the work which impressed me.
