I used McGrath Pest Control. They sprayed for bugs, preventative spray inside and outside. They came back a couple times to make sure it worked well. I used a coupon that you guys had on your website. It was not bad at all.

Well. He was late, but did call to let me know ahead of time.

Very well! They were prompt and they took care of it.

I wasn't present when the tech arrived, but he had told me afterwards that he had sprayed the whole house and exterior as a basic treatment package, but that wouldn't take care of the problem, that would require an additional special treatment (or two). So I paid for a service that wouldn't even solve my problem. I would have prefered to be charged for a service or "consultation" call and quote (Terminex does this for free) to get rid of the problem that I actually had.

After the first application, I still saw some live pest activity. I called and they scheduled a manager to come out and reapply. I haven't seen any activity since. They were very professional, and accommodating. I would use them again.

I get my house & attic treated every 3 to 6 months. I always ask for George. Once a year I have the property checked for termites. The house is raised so George goes in the crawl space and checks around under the house. He arrives when scheduled and is courteous.

This was the best company we have ever used for pest control. Extremely punctual. Clean; wore shoe covers. Polite and professional. Alex was very thorough and explained treatment. He called and asked if could come hour early; perfect.

They arrived on time and performed there service. Rescheduled another visit. Later the next week, they called and asked how the service had went.

Arrived at appointed time, carried out the inspection and then provided service; very friendly and professional

The technician came late and did not call to inform. It was schedule around 4.30pm but he showed up at our house almost 6pm. He did his job walking inside the house without using shoe covers. Last Sunday 5/24/17, two weeks after the service, we already have some bugs near our front door again. Seems like the quality of chemical being used is the same as we buy at Walmart, only last for 2 weeks.

I paid them to exterminate a bug issue in my home with a 3-months warranty. The problem was not resolved with the first spray because the person was not experience. I called them to let them know and to have someone come out with experience to find the solution. They sent out a second person, and they found a basket in my bathroom that was suppose to be the source. I threw it out and the owner Scott came out for the assessment to how to resolves the problem, and they decided do a bug bombing to get rid of the remaining bugs. The bombing still did not help and I called them the following week. They came out a third time, and said the bugs were in the attic, but after spraying it was still not resolved. I finally had another company come out to do the service, and they were able to resolve the issue in on trip. I called McGrath to let them know I have went with another business, and they let me know that they would not charge for the fail bombings so I only paid $81.19 for the entire service. Now they have changed their mind and are charging me an additional $92 because they performed the bombing. *UPDATE* - 11/6/2017 I am still receiving monthly bills asking to pay the $92 dollars which I'm not going to pay. I was not told when I scheduled for them to come out again that I'd be charged anymore money. It was after I told them that I'd had someone else resolve the issue that they told me I now needed to pay the $92. The service I purchased from them included a 3 month warranty, and all the work they came out to do was within that 3 month period. I called the office today as I'd received another bill over the weekend and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. She kept talking over me and wouldn't let me explain what I was calling for. She just kept telling me I had to pay the $92.

It went well Tech was punctual and polite. He sprayed for all over the house , garage and attic. I will definitely will use them again .

it was as if nothing was done. We hired a separate company 3 month later and now bugs are gone. Roaches found dead outside now. No more spiders in house. No more moths in garage.

I called to schedule first time service and the entire process was very efficient and customer service friendly. They called when they said they would and they showed up on time.

The nest was attached to a second story window in the front of the house. . Called office on a Tuesday and appt. was made for Thursday. Technician was on time. He sprayed the top section of my 2nd story facing the street. Then the nest came down...it was about 3 inches long.

After two treatments, we still have bugs. After our initial treatment, we scheduled a follow up because of continuing issues with bugs. When the provider arrived, he asked what issues we were having, even though we provided that to McGrath to schedule the appointment. When we told him we were seeing bugs in various places throughout the house, he said he was not authorized to do a whole-house re-do, but would anyway because of our complaints. The re-do did not resolve our issue. He also made us uncomfortable with very personal questions about various aspects of our home. He also commented about things in our garage that he admired. He then gave us his card - a contractor's card for a home repair/renovation business that he conducted on the side. We've just had no luck and bad service from this company and will not be utilizing further services.

The handling of the scheduling and all contact was very professional. The technician called and asked if he could come a little earlier than the scheduled time which was great for me. He arrived soon and went immediately to work and finished in a reasonable time. We will have them back before Christmas to be ready for the holidays.

My husband said that Mr. McGrath was very courteous, efficient, and prompt. He had already started part of his inspection before he even knocked on our door. We will be seeking his services out in the future. Thanks.

Due to the heavy rains, we were experiencing a millipede invasion as well as silverfish and roaches. I contacted McGrath Pest and was set for a visit a week from my call due to the heavy demand. Right on time Christian arrived to do a thorough inspection of my house including under the house where the problem originated. A perimeter spray and more under the house. A professional job all around.

McGrath Pest Control Service is terrific. I have a small, older home, built in 1949, pier and beam. Several weeks ago we started hearing scratching noises in the attic and then scratching and squeaking in the walls. We have been here for 30 years and never had any rodent problem and really did not know what was up there. Then one night, as we drove up the driveway, we observed a slimy, small, black rat, with a tail that went on forever, in the driveway; just before it disappeared into a crawl space breezeway on the side of the house. That was it, we knew what we had - we panicked! I found McGrath's on Angie's list with an "A" reputation. They desire the rating! Rita, on the phone at McGrath's, from the first time I called, could not have been more helpful. She sent Matt out the day after I called. He inspected the house top to bottom and the property front to back. It was amazing to see that my attic was apparently "sieve like" for the rats! Matt closed all of the openings with mesh, closed holes with metal, placed bait boxes and traps. For one price they came out three times to check on us. What a relief! We found one dead rat -- the others apparently are excluded from the house and on the lam as we are not hearing any noises at night nor or seeing anything that evidences rats!. You could not ask for a better company than McGrath's for rat prevention. They are worth every cent they charge and they earn it. Highly recommended.

I emailed McGrath to set up an appointment and to see if they could take care of a nesting honey bee problem on the outside of our home. They responded very quickly and verified the appointment time and date I requested. They were very professional, efficient and gave us a VERY good price. We will be setting up an appointment in about 3 months for a re-spray as that is what the tech suggested. He was very knowledgeable and took care of the bee problem with ease.
