I like them because they call to remind me that it has been three months because I never remember from one day to the next. They are very efficient and very, very nice to deal with. They are good on communication. Their prices are reasonable. I have two old cats and I worry about the sensitivity and there is no problem. I've had good luck with them.

Extremely well. I called the Monday after Christmas and business was slow. He was able to come out the same day. After about an hour, I had all the locks matching to just one set of keys. Everything went very well.

They did a really good job, they seemed to know what they were doing. The only thing that was disturbing was that I have a brick patio, and they had to pull out the bricks to put the poison beneath it. Now, the bricks are not back in place and have not been for the past two years. They did a lot of follow up as well.

The experience was great - the technician showed up on time, and spent a lot of time making sure she sprayed everywhere that bugs might be getting into the house. She explained what she was doing and why she was targeting certain areas, and was very thorough. She found the source of our problem, and said she would come back and spray again free of charge if we saw any more bugs within a certain period of time. She did a great job, and I will definitely use McGrath again.

Just wanted to give an update on the situation below. After I left my original feedback, Scott McGrath called to schedule a time to personally come by and offer an apology and refund our money. He really took the time to listen to our story and offered to respray for no additional cost. Definitely changed my perception of the company. I chose this provider based on their Angie's List feedback. Everything started off well, but quickly went downhill from there. The initial call to the office couldn't have been easier. Everything was clearly explained to me and scheduling was no problem. They showed up right on time, but were very rude when were asked to move out of the driveway so that my girlfriend could back out of the garage and leave for work. The technician then sloppily went about his business and instead of spraying the baseboards as is typical in the situation, he sprayed about a foot up the wall. This wasn't just a one-time mistake, he was in such a hurry that he continually sprayed up the walls or out into the floor. He was onsite no longer than 10 minutes for our 2500 sq ft home, where he sprayed both inside and out. I unfortunately, won?t be calling them back.

This company rocks. They showed up each time 15 minutes early. I never had to wait for them. My sugar ant problem was gone within 4 days 100%! I had a pretty crafty rat that had babies and needed to be dealt with. She was running freely in my attic and eating "ant killer" of all things. I asked them to come back for the rat one week after the initial visit. More snap traps were set, but the crafty rat never really hit them. I wanted the rats gone and our last resort was to bait them. He took care of 2 wasp nests that he happened to notice while doing a quick inspection before he left on their 3 visit in 3 weeks. They wanted my problem gone as much as I did and they responded super quick. I love this company and would recommend them to everyone.

Prompt and courteous response when I called. She explained the service and price, scheduled the appointment. The exterminator came on time, was courteous and I have not seen any live bugs since then!

the inspector was professional, well informed, and helpful. I trust them to service our pest control problems in the future. They did not overpromise. They did not try to sell un-needed service.

Office staff was very good and made an appointment for the next day. The owner, Scott, arrived on time. Very courteous, friendly and professional.

Initially they assumed I had a non-special case of roaches. It turned my problem was German roaches which are difficult to treat. When I called to let them know my problem was continuing they immediately scheduled a follow up the next day. Scott came back again the next week and did a thorough job (German roaches take several applications). I haven't seen any roaches crawling at my house since his second visit. Scott is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I highly recommend McGrath as a pest control service.

Everything was excellent.Sharon took my appointment on the phone; she had a great personality. Scott McGrath did the extermination inside and outside of my home. He answered all of my questions, and was professional and easy to talk to. His empahasis was on doing a good job and providing quality service. He also exterminated carpenter bees that had made themselves at home on my patio. I was very happy to see the bees drop dead. I have already recommended McGrath to a friend who isn't please with her current exterminator. I will defiitely use McGath again. This was a pleasant experience.

We selected McGrath based on the data included in Angie's List and were very pleased with the efforts of Kevin. He arrived ten minutes before the scheduled time, was very pleasant, competent, and considerate. We definitely plan to use this firm again.

He was able to find evidence that there was an animal in the attic when a small game hunter was unable to. He placed some blocks of rat poison down. He also pointed out that I needed a handyman to make a few additional repairs.

I had a termite swarm appear in my living room window - inside the house. I called McGrath and scheduled an apppointment. They were able to come out within 2 days and gave me an estimate of treating the home and garage. I only had evidence of termites in one corner of the house but decided to treat the whole house and garage. My home had been treated in the past but Mr. McGrath explained to me that the older treatments are only good for about 5 years. Scott McGrath did an excellent job walking me through the process and answering my questions. The treatment was performed within a week. They were on-time and very professional.

Scott emailed back and forth with me (during the Super Bowl no less) to confirm services and pricing. He performed the services and honored his coupon. Nice guy, great service... Will use him instead of faceless Orkin. Thanks.

He was punctual and did everything he stated. He offered more services than others for the price he charged and I plan on using him again.

It is a family owned company and I think that they are pretty good. They were friendly and they were helpful on the phone. They came out and did the job. They have come back and overall it has been a good experience with them. They came for termites and we had a problem with the fleas. I called the office and spoke to a lady. She told me what to use and didn?t say that they could do that for me. So I was able to do it for cheap on my own. I believe that their price was pretty reasonable.

I am buying an old house. The house inspection report said I had multiple subterranean and dry wood termites infestations. I called McGrath for a treatment estimate. They came out on time and reported that the house did not have any termites at all - just old infestations- contradicting the house inspection report. Very honest! I would call them again - as opposed to the inspection company.

He arrived punctually and did the exterminating indoors then went outdoors to exterminate.

I was very happy because the pest control company didn't find anything. Everything was great. The guy made an appointment and he came out two days later. He didn't need to look around very much as it had already been treated at some point and he didn't search anything.

They came right out too check out the problem. They determined that we had an issue with flying ants. They sprayed around the outside of our home and it has seemed to correct the problem. The price seemed to be reasonable. There was not sticker shock or anything.

On time, professional and also provided some advice on how to get rid of little black ants

I switched from a large pest control service company to McGrath for our quarterly pest control services. My former pest control company had become undependable, so I searched Angie's List and found good reviews on McGrath. I have now used them for about one year and overall, the experience has been very good. The technician who came out to our home in June 2009 noticed a pest related problem on one side of our house which is caused by our next-door neighbor and her numerous cats and he even offered to go and talk to her about it! Now, that would have been above and beyond the call of duty, but I thought it was wonderful that he offered. (Next time, I might take him up on it.) I like to request the same technician each time since he knows the house and they are very accomodating.

I was relieved to learn that my house had no active termite infestation, but I would certainly use this company for any future needs - very professional and responsive.

The date of service and cost is a guesstimate as I'm writing this at work and don't have the receipt. Only reason for the two "B's" was it took a while for them to come out the first time, around a week as they were very busy; and the second call to pick up the traps they showed up about 3 hours late, left a note saying they did not have out contact numbers (these were given to the girl who took my call). But they were helpful and less expensive than another services I had contacted.
