Service was excellent. George was very professional with respect to home.. I thought we had termites with small bugs inside our bedroom window. George did a thorough inspection inside and out and said I had fire ants, no termites! What a relief! While he was here he did a regular pest control. His estimate for termite prevention was very reasonable and I will have it done soon. I will definitely keep them in my contacts and have regular pest control done. It is nice to have an honest inspection. Other big companies were ready to treat for existing termites.

I found them on Angie’s List. Last year when they came out, we had millions of ants all over the yard. They did one treatment and we did not see ants for twelve months after that; we could not be happier.

We strongly suspected termites in a room addition. Scott came out, did a thorough inspection of our property and confirmed that we did have termites. He explained the process, answered our questions and gave us an estimate. He explained the warranty and plan for follow-up if we chose to select it. We scheduled a date for him to come back with Tara in his office. He and Jacob came out to do the work. They were courteous and professional even though it was very hot outside. He even gave us advice on a couple of issues and took a suspicious looking bug with him to try and find out what it was. He placed pictures of it on his blog. We highly recommend them for any type of pest control service needed.

It went great. I was relieved that there are no active termites at this time, but was shown evidence of past infestation. I plan to take preventitive measures to prohibit their return.

I enjoyed their work. I called them and found out what they would do. The ants were back last summer because of the draught. The gentleman went around the whole house and sprayed the yard. He was a good man. He did a very good job.

thought I had an issue with termites and called them to come out and inspect. George the technician was on time and very polite. He confirmed that we did not have a problem and that it was in fact ants. There was no attempt to sell any other services but I asked him if he could do a general pest spray inside and out. I am not an expert but he seemed to do a thorough job and overall I was very happy with them. Normally I do my own spraying but would have every confidence in using them more often

Eric showed up exactly at 1pm for the scheduled appointment and promptly treated the house. He took extra time to check the attic space for unwanted furry guests and the chimney for any other critters. Compared to several other exterminators I checked with, McGrath quoted me $10 less to treat our home. Additionally, the staff at their home office answering the phones were extremely courteous and didn't rush me when I asked specific questions about their service. I

It went fine. I'm not sure I would have wanted the technician to work inside the house.

We described the kind of problem we were seeing and it turns out the kind of problem we were seeing isn't the kind of problem he does, but he honestly gave me the name of a company that did come come out. He was truthful by doing this. I would use him if we have the kind of problem he dealt with.

Scott McGrath, the owner, took the time to explain everything from how he was going to treat the termites, what chemicals he would use and why, all the options that were available for the situation, and answered all of my questions no matter how simple. He was on time both to give an estimate and when he did the work. Scott's office staff were very helpful, too, in setting up the appointments for the estimate and the treatment date. I had called two other exterminators on Angie's list, left messages but never heard from them.

After doing my research online I decided to go with this company. I emailed this company to get a quote and got a quick response. Once I decide on a company I usually want the service right away, had to wait about a week or so before they could come out. One of my emails to Sharon got 'lost' but after a follow up email she apologized and had me scheduled. On time and good customer service. I would recommend them to a friend.

When I called to find out about their services, the sales person was distracted and in a hurry. I went ahead and scheduled just because I was in desparate need and because the price was OK (supposedly the treatment lasts 90 days, we'll see). I used to pay $70 + tax for every other month and that worked out pretty well. So it's around the same price range per month. The plus is that I did not have to sign a contract. I was looking for a one time service kinda thing. The guy showed up on time ....but didn't let me know he had arrived (my cat did). So, I went out and greeted him (instead of the other way around but whatever). i haven't inspected thouroughly since the application but it looks like all the ants are gone and I've seen a few spiders but you can't expect not to see a bug or two. So overall, service was OK ... but not horribly impressed with their service. I scheduled, the guy came out, I payed and done. Would I hire them again? Maybe. I would probably try someone else first just to see if the side is greener on the other side :)

The guy was really nice. The treatment was effective. The gentleman was very nice who provided the service. The price was competitive. I pay them quarterly.

They were here early and half the price of our previous exterminator. I believe everything went well! They were very professional when they were here and very unintrusive.

The overall experience was excellent.

Great service. I had a problem with ants in the house. They came out and sprayed the outside and inside of the house and put out ant bait. They came out 2 more times for free to eliminate the ant problem. I signed up for thier quarterly service and now have not problems at all. Use these guys and you won't be sorry

Very well, it went like it should have

McGrath was one of five companies we spoke with to help us with our termite problem. Their office staff is very responsive and helpful in answering questions about their processes. We were very impressed that rather given a time window, they showed up at a scheduled hour (even a little early but they called first). Scott, the owner, was very knowledgeable about the infestation, took time to answer many more questions property damage/termite challenges, walked around the complex to confirm infestation and straightforward about pricing/procedure. Once our HOA agreed to take their bid, the team came out and did the job thoroughly and though it took more chemical than they had anticipated, they didn't charge us for it. Scott and his team have been very responsive to our pest control needs and we have switched over to their quarterly pest control services going forward. Definitely would recommend McGrath and happy we could support a local, community company.

I’m very happy with them. I would give them an A all around. I’m very comfortable with the guy who comes. I would use them in the future.

I scheduled the 1st service, but have had to post-pone that while some other work on the house is completed. The inital call to this company was great and they were flexible and responsive in setting the appointment. They called again afterward to follow-up and make a minor time change. It is not their fault I had to postpone their work, and I would not hesitate to call them again.

It went really well and what I appreciated is that they didn't do an overkill. It went really wonderful. I chose them based on reviews from Angie's List because I've had more luck that way. Their quality of service was excellent because they did what I wanted them to do rather than trying to hard sell more things.

German cockroaches are NOT like regular roaches. You cannot kill them with the poison you buy at the big box stores. The contractor arrived with special equipment to smoke out the German cockroaches and kill them. These pests need special poison and technique. The contractor took his time to dismantle my appliances where the roaches were hiding in the LED display, and remove any eggs. He also laid poison around the counter tops. He was very thorough, and the roaches were completely gone within 5 days of the visit. He left two tubes of poison (worth over $40) for us to apply as a preventative measure. These guys really know their bugs!
