It went great. I was informed that they came out free of charge a second time because it rained shortly after the first treatment was done. They are very affordable and the treatment worked. There were no more wasp nests built.

McGrath Pest Control Services Inc had to drill holes, covered up the holes and under the sink area where the leak was. We signed a contract with them. They gave us a guarantee that if anything happened they will come back right here. They were terrific. They were very professional, very neat and on time. They explained things to us so that we knew that we were getting a fare shade from them. We felt like their price was reasonable and honest. They did a good job because they used a big amount of exterminating fluid to take care of the problem. They put it heavily and extensively in the area the needed to be treated. They were greatly responsive to our needs. We got a fast appointment. They were knowledgeable.

George did a great job. Additionally he patched certain parts of the roof and exterior to prevent squirrels from getting into the house.

They do an excellent job; they call before they come out, they show up on time, they provide the services as promised, and they never have any surprise extra charges. Very good service, every time. Knew that we had rodents in the attic and a wall. Self dispersed rat bait not effective. Service man scheduled within 2 days of initial service call. Right on time, confirmed rats, identified multiple entry points, set multiple traps. Scheduled free follow-up visit as well as appointment for repair tech to come to home to seal all identified entry points. Follow-up visit three days later revealed no animals trapped. Repair technician showed up promptly 2 days later and worked efficiently to seal all entry points. Guaranteed that rats would now go to traps because their entry/exit points are sealed and they will seek food. Waiting now for rats to be trapped. Experience with company and reps very positive. Repairs not inexpensive, but we were willing to have work done ASAP and it was done well. Expect rats to be trapped, and then I will be 100% satisfied. UPDATE: Company owner visited my home after 2 days without trapping a rodent. He identified additional entry/exit points that had been missed by tecnician. The technician returned within a day to seal this additional hole. We have trapped one rat and have not heard animals in attic or wall.

Overal, it went great--no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this company.

The company was several minutes early before the scheduled appt time. The services was great, done in time and the technician was very informative on general questions we had. We had the general spray for basic pests. We felt safe with the technicians in our home. McGrath did a great job and will be using them again in the future.

He was pretty thorough and the chemical was safe for my pets. They will come out if we have any problem within 90 days. They answered all my questions and their price was very good.

Service was excellent. The service guy called first to confirm appointment and arrived within 10 minutes of appointed time. Spraying was effective, professionally done and described in detail. The service call saved me money as in addition to spraying I was spending $125 a year of independent termite inspection. This inspection is not needed as McGrath checks for termites every time they spay house for pest control. Excellent service

The rep from McGrath was punctual and very courteous and professional.

I phoned several Pest Control firms listed on Angie's List regarding the gas fireplace vents. I was worried a fire might start if we (or my neighbor) turned on the gas log and the sparrow nesting material ignited. ONLY McGrath offered to do the job - and for a very reasonable cost. George is so pleasant and professional. Ask for him!

Scott McGrath came out to do the job. Great job. Was kind enough to answer questions that I had. Have noticed that there has been some dead bugs popping up. Would definitely use again.

Two visits from McGrath, as recommened, and all pests were gone. These guys were on time, friendly and very good at what they do. Use them with confidence.

Scott was very thorough in letting me know what he wanted to do and what was necessary/optional. He showed up on time and did a great job!

Our needs have always been addressed in a timely fashion, and the staff has always been friendly and efficient, from the front office to the service technicians. We even get to speak to the owner of the company, something many owners shy away from. The service was prompt and thorough, and all of our questions were answered. My wife was a little concerned about the chemicals used and our pets, but we were able to discuss our concerns and get all the answers we needed before the service was provided. Pets are doing great and the bugs are gone!

I called for an estimate on my property for termite treatment and raspberry ants. Scott called ahead as I had asked on the day specified. He was highly friendly and professional. He listened to me as well as explained all that needed to be done. He gave me a fair price on the raspberry ants and treated the whole property right away. The termite bid was understandably higher and would require a lot more work and another appointment. He did not pressure me when I said I would have to get back to him about the termites. I did get back to his office and set the appointment with his friendly secretary. I feel confident they will do a great job treating the termites. They also have a guarantee and yearly contract price that is very reasonable.

They were great. There were no problems. They came when they said they would and did what I asked of them. They also answered any questions I had.

Technician sprayed baseboards inside, sprayed around garage door and treated outside perimeter.

Great company to work with. This was our second time using them for general pest control. Both instances I found the company to have great communication when scheduling, and very professional reps show up to complete the jobs. Emailed through Angie's List for availability and received a call a few hours later to schedule an appointment. My schedule was limited and the nice lady on the phone was very courteous and more than willing to work with me. The appointment was set for the next morning and the rep actually showed up early to complete the job. Worked with Jacob this time and he was very polite, informative and efficient. He noticed we had a little one in the house and took time to explain to me exactly what chemicals were being used. He took care to not spray in the "sensitive" child areas (ie. bedroom, play area). Very accommodating and friendly group of folks to work with!! Highly recommended!!
