Description of Work: I have them come out 2 times a year to spray my house and yard. They are professional and pleasant. Plus, I rarely see a bug around my house and when I do--its a dead one. I like the fact that they are knowledgeable about their profession and they work with me. I have travertine floors and 2 dogs and I don't want chemicals used which will stain my floors or injure my dogs. They use just the right stuff and I don't have a problem.

Description of Work: I contacted McGrath to come to our home for a "General" pest control visit. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. She gave me a date and time and the technician arrived on time. (I believe it was Kevin) I was not able to make it home so I called to see if I could pay them over the phone and if it was ok that my daughter was there to let him in. Everything was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. :)
