They did a good job. I had asked for a receipt and any warranty information, but I've received nothing so far. Another thing that seemed odd to me was that he had me make my check out to him personally, rather than MAZ contractor services.

All in all - everything went very well. Adrian was very responsive and prompt. He always responded to my text messages and emails. He went above and beyond for us. Will def be using his services next time!

We need to expand our narrow driveway. Adrian worked well from the beginning. He has great communication and helped us lower cost. he was very helpful and addressed my concerns even after the project was completed. Great to work with! Definitely recommend!

We had a cracked concrete slab that we wanted to have a patio cover built on top of it. After Adrian walks thru with us, he recommends us to break it apart and pour a new concrete slab which makes sense to us because the existing slab was poorly poured without rebars and had several cracks. Adrian then provides a quote next morning and set us a schedule for the work. We have another contractor that Adrian suggests to build us a patio cover. Adrian works out a schedule with another contractor to make sure both projects can be done correctly at earliest convenient time. My wife changes her mind to have more concrete work done by Adrian by asking for another quote for another concrete slab and a walkway. Adrian walks us thru again, gives us some suggestions for walkway dimensions due to drainage. Adrian also goes an extra mile to please us with a better quote and promises to have all concrete work done in 2 days. Adrian's crews are really professional, friendly, and truly hard workers. They come prepared as scheduled time,answer all questions we have work till they finish and clean up very well before they leave. We cannot be happier with the final result of our slabs and walkway and properly call Adrian again for another quote for our fish pond concrete footing. I would recommend Adrian at Maz Contractor to anyone I know for their concrete need.

Adrian did a fantastic job. He provided estimate spent many hours tracking the materials needed to complete job. I would recommend his company services as they were very professional and kept me in the loop on progress all the time.

I contacted Adrian around discussing design options and an estimate for a patio and deck addition. He was responsive and came to my home twice to discuss and refine scope, approach, design and provide an estimate. I felt he was very friendly, professional and came across as being patient and easy to work with. Initially I had only a vague idea of what I needed done and was uncertain around the specifics of what was both possible and practical within my budget, the existing house structure, outdoor space available to work with, etc. Adrian was great around providing me some refined direction and a clear vision of what was appropriate. He also shared an example of something similar he had done recently. I unfortunately was unable to contract with Adrian as I decided to go with a different porch structure type that was not within his area of specialization but his help was nonetheless of value and very much appreciated.

A few months ago Adrian did a project for my back yard. I was very happy with his service so I decided to call Adrian again and this time to pour concrete for my patio. Adrian is very professional, answered and replied to his text messages promptly. His crew was on time each day to start the work. They were efficient, completed the project quickly and cleaned up the area after themselves. My patio concrete looks great. Overall I am very happy with his service. I will definitely call Adrian again for future projects.

We initially contacted Maz more than two months ago. He kept giving us reasons why he could not come to check it out and give us an estimate. The rain-related ones were legitimate, but he kept giving us excuses about not having any other work scheduled in the area on the suggested day. So? He'd have had scheduled work if he'd come! When he would finally have "work in the area" he would promise to come out either before or after. He was a repeated no-show, and wouldn't even bother to give a call. A couple of weeks ago I finally got him to actually PUT our job on the schedule, and he STILL didn't show up or call. Furthermore, when I called him after that he refused to answer. It either rang out to voicemail or rang a couple of times and then went to voicemail (which means, for those of you not tech-savvy about cell-phones, that he actively hit the "ignore" button). This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior, particularly for someone who was attempting to be a repeat customer. We will not be utilizing or recommending his services in the future.

We contacted several contractors for our new addition to our driveway. When we called Adrian at Maz Contractor Services, he was the only one that answered his phone and helped us immediately. We were very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. We are very happy with the addition to our driveway. We highly recommend him to everyone.

Adrian is a very honest contractor. With my first initial contact, he came within a few hours to give an estimate. I was very impressed with how honest he was. He told me exactly what needed to be done, without trying to get more out of me. I had wanted the siding done in addition to painting, but he was honest in saying that the siding didn't need to be replaced. He was also forthright in telling us the whole driveway did not need to be repaved and explaining to us what REALLY needed to be done. Once we had set a date, he was very accessible with all the questions that I had. With the exterior painting, Adrian and his guys were great about the "detailed work" of patching, caulking and doing all that needed to be done. He was there right along side with his men working. I would definitely recommend Adrian, he is a no nonsense kind of guy that will tell you like it is!

From first contact to the jobs completion Adrian with Maz Contractor Services was an absolute pleasure to work with. He came out to give us a bid and was very helpful with the design of our new driveway making suggestions regarding the construction to insure we wouldn?t have any problems in the future. Adrian is a genuine and sincere person who is trying to build his business through customer satisfaction, and has certainly won this customer over. I would not hesitate to hire Adrian in the future for any services he provides...

Adrian was fast and responsive. He came over and give me an estimate the same day that I texed him. I was happy with his estimate and he started the work the following week. His crews were very professional, arriving on time each day at 7:30am. They were fast and cleaned up after themselves. I thought the project would take 3-4 days but I was surprised that it was done in 2 days. Adrian was there several times each day to check on his crews and to monitor the project. One of my concerns was the drainage problem I have in my back yard when it rains and water collects in certain areas. Adrian was able to solved that by modifying existing drains to improve the drainage along the side of house. The new concrete looks great. Overall it was a pleasant experience. They did such a great job that now I am thinking about having them renovate 2 of my bathrooms.

Adrian did a great job, started the job quickly after we agreed on the scope and price. He and his crew demoed the old cracked uneven patio one day -- about 200 sq ft; and poured the new 300sq ft patio the next day. His guys cleaned up everything and left house looking like they had never been there. Throughout the process, Adrian texted me pictures of their progress and checked back with me a few days later to make sure I was happy. I held off leaving a review until I got a good rain to make sure the grade was enough to allow the water to runoff -- it's perfect. Looking forward to using him again in the future to correct a cracked sidewalk and driveway.

Overall the quality of their work was good. The crew did a good job installing and leveling the patio. There were two ways the patio could have been sloped and the owner felt that keeping the entire patio in the same plane was the best approach. The patio they installed was L shaped and they could have sloped each arm of the L in different directions. This would have saved Maz a bit of money since they would have needed less fill dirt and smaller footings. Aesthetically keeping the plane the same looks great and the price did not go up despite the added fill dirt. I am happy with the work they did.

Project went very smoothly, completed on time and on budget.

Quick initial visit, proposal sent right away, worked completed on a tight timeline as proposed.

He used a jackhammer to chop up the concrete and hauled it to his truck to remove it. He left the site cleaner than he found it. He completed the job in less than 4 hours which was amazing since I forgot it was 8-inches thick and had told him it was only 3-inches thick. He simply called me and asked me if he should remove the additional 5-inches and he did not mind. We were able to renegotiate the fee at the later time and I was pleased with the outcome.

Adrian and his crew did a fantastic job in all aspects. Adrian is extremely professional, easy to communicate with and punctual. He said the job would take 2 weeks and he finished slightly ahead of schedule which we appreciated because we were anxious to get the house on the market. He kept me informed each day and sent me pictures of the progress (we were not living in the house at the time). The guys who work for him (painter, concrete guy, electrician, and plumber) we all very professional. Adrian stands by his word. We had a misunderstanding about paint color and he made it right without any extra charges. He also did not get greedy when we added changes during the project. He charged a very reasonable amount for each change. We would definitely use Adrian and MAZ Contractors again.

Adrian was very responsive. He answered his phone every single time I called. I had been having trouble finding anyone to take care of such a small job, but Adrian was willing to help me out. He gave us a quote via email because we have moved out of state. He even honored his quote when the job required more materials than originally thought. The actual work ended up being delayed by about 3 days due to other, larger jobs, but he did keep me informed of his scheduling concerns. The finished product is what we requested.

Everything went very well. Adrian was there for the whole job. Went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly. I would recommend them to anyone needing concrete poured or any other service they offer.

They were professional, and did very good work. Their price was fair (I had a few estimates, and Adrian was competitive)... but I also liked Adrian's attitude and his view on the work. I also plan to use him for some sheetrock work I need to have done. He has his own crews, and they are very good to work with. Adrian can be hard to get a hold of at times due to his very busy schedule, however he did always respond and did everything he said he would do. I would (and will) use him again.

The Crew showed up on time to removed the old decking and Installed the new decking. The rotten wood on the veranda was removed or replaced and the veranda was caulked and painted to get everything looking great. The company also replaced a part of another outdoor deck while they were there for a very reasonable cost. '

Adrian showed up to give the estimate as agreed. He told me that his company could do just about any construction work as he was a GC. We spoke about the reason I came to Angie's list so I could find a dependable contractor. He spoke about how his father taught him the lessons of doing exactly what he said he would do and being a man of his word. Well that was all talk. He did not send me an estimate or even thed courtesy of a call. When I texted Adrian after a day or two and let him know I was waiting on his estimate, he said he was not interested, I asked him why and he said he felt I wanted to get something for nothing and not allow him to make money. Well, I don't know how that was because we never even discussed price. I did say that I had more work for him if he gave me a good price and did good work. He also said he had offers to sell his business and after he earns his Masters (although he had not yet earned his Bachelors), he would be selling his business and so would not be doing this long. After I texted him back with a simple "ok", he came back and asked me how much I was willing to pay. I told him I was not a contractor and had no idea of what amount to offer him. (My method of finding a competitive price is to get several estimates and then review the details of each, ask questions and then confirm specifics based on those answers.) So I might determine a fair offer, I then asked how many men he would use and how long would it take them to complete the work his reply was, "so you want to pay by the hour and not the job" I gave up with this guy. He didn't want to work. He wasted my time and his.

Was at my house a day after I reached out to him. Very professional and provided photos throughout the process to keep me updated while I was at work. Definitely recommend using Adrian.
