We decided to go with another contractor.

It was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. I have used him again after that I had no problems. I may have him do an extension from our driveway walk through.

The owner, Adrian called me right back after I had left a message for him. I left messages for several contractors and only two of them returned my call. He was very prompt when he came to give me an estimate, which was reasonable. They arrived when they said they would, his crew arrived first, but he came out to make sure everything was ok. They did a wonderful job, and even placed rebar which had been left out by the original builder, and repaired my pool drainage pipe in the curb at no charge. Very professional and dependable.

Excellent, did a quick job, efficiently and as promised. Honest people who can be fully trusted.

They gave me a price for pattern surface and a price for broom finish. They were fine and I had no objections with them. They were very responsive. I haven't gotten any other quotes yet.

We first contacted Adrian in December for an estimate. He showed up on time providing us the estimate. We decided to have the work done in January. When contacted in January it was a little bit hard to get him and his team as he was pretty busy due to the good Angie's list reputation. However, once we agreed on a day he and his team showed up on time performing the required work diligently. He stayed with the team the whole time supervising and ensuring quality work. We were especially impressed with the Carpenter. To replace the wooden panel in the living room turned out to be a more tricky job than anticipated (stairs in between). He did an awesome job. Also, they were able to match our interior paint exactly. The end result looks great.

Adrian is a pleasure to work with. He has great ideas for exterior design and completed all of the tasks we agreed on with professionalism and high-quality materials and workmanship. He was very punctual, communicative, and flexible during the entire construction process. My husband and I are extremely happy to see our backyard renovation project come to fruition and are so glad we chose Maz Contractor Services. Adrian never delayed the construction and saw our project through from start to finish. He encouraged us to be honest and open if something didn't look exactly how we expected and any issues were resolved quickly, happily, and to our satisfaction. The concrete work is absolutely amazing!! We are very impressed with how it looks. This is not just a stamp that is laid over the concrete - it's a work of art. We were presented with multiple designs to choose from and the concrete overlay was performed artistically by hand. Adrian also successfully designed the roof structure for the new covered patio that took into account an oddly-shaped existing roof line. Another thing that was resolved was our years-long battle with backyard drainage issues. We now have well-placed drains throughout the yard that route all the water to the street. Hooray! Because my dog needed daily use of the yard, the crew men were good at tidying up each evening and especially good at discarding the tear-down materials from the old arbor and siding in a timely manner. The Maz Contractors crew members were friendly and always responsive to questions and accommodating to suggestions. We can't wait for Spring to be here so we can begin our next project with Maz Contractors - Landscaping!!

We have always had outstanding results with Maz Contractor Service. Most recently, we added a 420 sq ft patio and overhead in our backyard. I received several quotes from "patio contractors" and then called Adrian. Needless to say, his price was unbeatable! Adrian, a highly religious man, believes in an honest days work for an honest days pay. He listens, is easy to work with and knows that "details matter"! Adrian and his crew did ALL the work, and within 10 days he built us a beautiful patio complete with fans, switches, cable & speaker connections, and brickwork. These are the things that other contractors will nickel and dime you for. We were undecided about stamped or regular concrete, but chose regular and it looks great. Adrian's sample of stamped looked awesome too, but we wanted something that required less maintenance. In 2008, we used Maz Contractor Services to first install granite countertops, and then, make extensive repairs ($20,000) to drywall, paint, and clean a badly damaged home after Hurricane Ike. Adrian tore out the walls and insulation to ensure we would have no mold issues years later. From there, his carpenters and painters made the house look like new. Once again, the workmanship was top notch and the prices were unbeatable. Moreover, upon completion, Adrian sent a house cleaning crew that essentially "detailed" our home. We have not cleaned it that good since.... We highly encourage everyone to give Adrian a call if you have any General Contracting needs.
