I needed concrete poured on a very small part of my driveway ~125 sq feet. I called several people on Angie's list. I either got no response or no quotes even though I was told I would get something in my email. Adrian answered the phone on the weekend and provided a rough estimate based on pictures I sent him. Then he came out and provided a firm quote at my request and reviewed the work with me in detail. He even agreed to clearing the debris which was not part of the original agreement. Following that he scheduled the work within a matter of a few days and I just had everything done today. They were quick and responsive and willing to take on a small job like mine. I was not home and he even sent me pictures of their work. The final product looks great! As for the price it is competitive with other people in the business.

Adrian did a great job of raising a sidewalk landing to meet TAAS code with regard to slope grade. He initially underpriced the job but after meeting with him and thoroughly understanding that part of the job he did a great job at a good price and he was extremely responsive. He worked in an area with lots of people and maintained good safety, cleaned up very well and provided an excellent product. During the job he broke 2 windows but he took care of those immediately at his cost and we could not see any difference in quality or tint on the tempered glass. The second part of the project was smaller and required extending a doorway apron to 6' from the inner swing in order to meet TAAS standards. The exact expectation and requirement somehow was not communicated well between Adrian and myself and the work had to be redone. Adrian came back quickly, tore out the old work and re-installed according to specification. The work has been completed and Adrian was very good to work with. The only issue I had with MAZ was that I had ask for detailed quotes for each job with labor and materials as specified in the engineering drawings. Adrian only provided a total quote. We accepted based on a fair price, however when we had a conflict on the work performed, it made it difficult to negotiate a final settlement on the job. We were able to do that but it would have been a better situation to know exactly what were dealing with from the beginning based on labor and material pricing.

The crew worked efficiently and effectively as a team. Quality excellent, professional, and cared about quality and timeliness of work. I highly recommend Adrian and his team for your future projects.

Adrian and his crew were very professional. I am a commercial developer and appreciate good workmanship when I see it. This group strives for perfection. Adrian has a very high degree of integrity, a quality hard to find these days. Price was fair and the crew cleaned up before they left. Job was completed in one day. I would highly recommend him and use him again.

Adrian was wonderful to work with. I called and asked for an estimate on pouring new concrete on our front porch. He was able to swing by the next day and after looking things over suggested instead that we remove the old (ugly!) brick planter bed instead as it would much less expensive and might solve the drainage problems we were having. He returned the following day and did the work himself. Adrian was so nice and very professional! He truly had our best interest at heart and didn't want us to spend more than we needed to. He is giving us quotes on a few other projects around the house and we hope to work with him again soon. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy general contractor; for big jobs or small.

Adrian the owner did a good job in explaining what he will do, how he will do it and when it will be done. He did what he said he will do and even promised to pressure wash the existing part of the driveway for free! When it comes to concrete works, I would highly recommend Adrian & company to do the job right and finished it on time.

They came on time with supplies and ready to work. They completed the job ahead of schedule and the work was excellent. Adrian was great to work with. His whole attitude was so make sure we would be happy with how our home would look. He assisted with picking out the colors and going over all the rooms that would be painted in detail. After the work was completed, we again walked through all the room where he showed us what was done and how the work was handled. We are very pleased with the job Adrian and his crew did and will be using him again. He has crews that can assist in all areas of repair and updating of anyone's home. The best part of the experience we had was that Adrian is a very active in all aspects of his business and is very proud of his people and the work they do. Adrian made this a pleasant experience rather than the stressful experience that my husband and I expected. Thank you Adrian!

He will be doing ALL of our concrete work from now on. His crew was professional and harding-working! Right now, we're dealing with an A/C nightmare with US Complete Recovery Services, but Mr. Adrian had a very calming effect on us. He made us feel like we would be taken care of, and WE WERE! Their work was excellent, and we were so happy that everything went so well.

We could not be happier with the job that Adrian provided. We wanted our driveway extended ,It took us a while to find a contractor that would even take on a smaller jobs such as ours. We were at work while Adrian was actually doing the job for us. He sent pictures of the project as the day progressed. Great service!!! Very Fair price.

That is all we wanted them to do. They cleaned up after themselves. They even went to Home Depot and assisted me in the selection of the post.

Adrian and his crew were wonderful! They showed up on time and worked the full day. In addition at the end of the day they cleaned up any mess. We miscommunicated some of our sheetrock needs to him at first and he took the time to work it out with us, even though it was not what he had expected to do they stayed on site and did the work we asked. His crew did a great job on the sheetrock, especially the tape and float that will require little sanding. His tile guy was awesome. We had a 16x24 porcelain tile that we had purchased and wanted a 1/8 inch grout line, in a staggered pattern. Typically the bigger the tile, smaller the grout line, the harder it is to lay unless you have a perfectly level floor. I can't say enough about the guy tiling. His cuts were precise and he worked hard to ensure the floor was as level. The floor turned out beautiful! We were very pleased with MAZ construction and anything we need help with in the future these guys would be the first we'd call.

Maz Contractor Services was great. Adrian provided a quote for me right away and scheduled the work within 3 days. Unfortunately due to rain, the work was delayed for 2 days but Adrian kept me informed the whole time of the schedule changes. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will not hesitate to use Maz contractor services again.

We could not be more happy with the services Adrian supplied us with. We had gotten several quotes to have our driveway repaired but when we met with him, we knew he was the one. He had a very good fist impression as well as very professional and honest. It only took him 2 days to complete the project in which he kept us posted of the progress they were making by sending photos & texts. I would suggest Maz Contractors to anyone and everyone. They did a wonderful job and I will not hesitate to use their services again with other household projects.

Adrian did an awesome job on my grandfathers den area ,back bedroom, and porch flooring. As I said in my previous review we were thinking of hiring him on another job my grandfather and I were considering. Before Adrian completed the previous job we ask him to give us a quote on the kitchen flooring. Adrian provided a good quote, and said that he could start on the job the following Monday. Needless to say the job is completed and my grandfather and I love it. I felt comfortable with Adrian and his crew. My grandfather was happy to see them come over everyday. They are compassionate about their work and helping people. Adrian stressed to my grandfather that good morals will carry you a long way in this business. We felt that he showed this by being on the job everyday and making sure my grandfather got everything he wanted to make the house a great place to live in. After getting several estimates and reading reviews from the companies on Angies List, My grandfather and I decided to go with MAZ contractor services. Adrian the owner was very professional, and returned my call within one day of leaving the message. I knew going in that the job we needed performed would require a lot of work and a vast knowledge to un-do what was done by a previous handy-man who was in over his head. I must say that most of the contractors that came out to present an estimate only had one option which was much costly than we anticipated. Adrian, presented the best option which was what would be the best option for this situation if this was his house. He was very personable and honest about his work. He described in detail what is the best thing to do for the 3 areas in our home that needed the work. Please understand that the job, was a disaster, before Adrian and his crew came to fix it. However, as he is finishing up on the project my grandfather and I are very pleased with the outcome and fixes thus far. We are even considering Adrian for another project we will have in the future. Thanks for being honest and forthcoming about what you can do and would consider if it was your home. It's those little things that made a difference to us. Thanks Again.

Things went very well. Adrian explained everything ahead of time, explained what he was going to do, explained the price, showed up on time, and took care of what he said he was going to do. We would definitely hire him again.

Adrian, the owner, came to the house and provided me a quote of 1200.00 to pour the slab, and stuck by this quote. MAZ did eveything they said they would do. They took some of the dirt from the work area and used it to level low spots in my backyard, which wasn't part of their responsibilty, and hauled the rest off. Adrian kept me informed through the whole process, very professional. I have already recommended them to my neighbor and will getting another quote from them to pour another slab for a patio in the backyard.

Overall, this company was professional from start to finish. Personally I do not write a lot of feed back but I felt compelled to do so because I know how hard it is to find true service, So this person seems to go out of his way to provide quality service and that is all I ask for....

Adrian and his crew did an excellent job on a very big project. His crew was competent, good to work with, and clearly enjoyed their work. It's so nice to see people that actually love their jobs. They always went the extra mile. Adrian was on site every day, making sure we were happy with the work and frequently working alongside them himself. I would gladly hire them again.

I called this company to give an estimate for many things, including pouring a larger area for an enclosed patio for a house we were trying to purchase. He was very easy to talk to, very easy to work with on negotiations, etc-we did not use him due to us not completing the loan for the house for various reasons. If he works in the area we are now purchasing a home in I would love to get an estimate from him again and potentially use him. As I stated, I think his prices and ease of talking to on negotiations was very easy and reasonable-had we purchased the home he oringinally gave us an estimate for I have no doubt we would have used him for some of his services. He was timely in responding to missing my calls and very professional, I recommend at the very least giving him a try for an estimate.

"I think, honestly, the owner is under qualified for the services he offers. He agreed to our plan, and gave us a quote based on that. It turned out that, at least for him, the plans werent feasible. He did tell me, as he went along, he wasn't able to deliver. I said I would take a couple days to think, and he started texting, pressuring and lowering his bid. I ended up agreeing, which was a mistake. I needed to get more quotes. Especially true because he didn't draw any plans or do a very detailed bid. We ended up with a flat cement "deck" (that isnt a deck) and a HUGE mess in our back yard, including a boot print in the cement. They left junk everywhere. Why did they throw stuff all over my yard? They couldnt add the outlet because of "issues'...they couldnt make it raised....they couldnt do anything they said they planned. They left their trash at my house. They tossed things all over my yard and left it...didn't haul things that needed to be hauled (cement steps, roots, etc). Left a bucket, used cups, bottles and "junk" from under the deck all over the place (do I want to keep random junk under the deck? and do I want it thrown all over the place, why couldn't they have put it in the bucket they left?). Without thought, they knocked large rocks in our newly plastered pool. When they didn't think I was home, they were loud and rowdy, singing and hooting. (I have neighbors too). They let my dogs out of the gate over and over. If they were a couple years younger, they would have run away. Nearly everyone who comes into my yard knows not to let them out. I told him it was ugly, not what I wanted and I was unhappy with it. I feel it was my fault for hiring him when my gut said to get more quotes. He did offer to come out and fix the dirt behind the "deck". But, he was pressuring me to make a decision when I was asking for time to think. I was so confused why they waited 90 minutes for me to get home from work, but not use those minutes to clean up the mess they made. He didn't lower the price (he tried to raise it!!!). I am done with the business, totally. So it would be an F for the job. But I raised it a grade for offering to fix something...even if it was something he promised to do all along. But I don't want them to come back. I expect he will respond with lots of excuses. But, I think he is just not prepared to do the work he is promising to do. laying average cement sidewalk...sure. But nothing more. *tools of ours went missing when his workers were here, May have been an accident, but I asked for them back and he never responded. I think they are a bad business.

Adrian and crew arrived on time and did an excellent job and then made sure that everything was neat and clean before they left. I would recommend MAZCO to anyone. Not only did they do the job as promised they were very friendly and professional.
