 + -1 moreHe is a builder and a contractor. He works on the moderate end. He builds homes. He is extremely professional, personable and very helpful. He knows everything that he is doing. I found him to be excellent. He showed us some of his houses and they are beautiful. He is really good. The estimate was $280000. I went to his model home and it was just so well done. It is 15 years old, but it is like a home that you are in today. I was impressed with the quality of his work and his personality. He is very friendly and open. He is a good businessman. He knew what he was talking about. He gave us a list of locks we could get as well as homes that he has built. He showed us more models and took us to the houses that he recently built. He gave us all the details that he puts in the houses. He was just really thorough. He did everything that he was supposed to do and we were pleased with what we saw. He told us a time when he would be available. So, we were there and he was there as well. Everything was fine.
Description of Work: I received an estimate from Mayberry Homes Inc. last week for having a house built.
