Description of Work: Replaced all of the expansion joints in my driveway, walkways, and front porch area. The lead supervisor performed a free estimate of the work approximately 2 - 3 weeks prior to the work being performed. The team that arrived at my home on the day of service called me to alert me to their arrival (i.e., I was not required to be home for the work to be performed), and informed me of everything that was to be done, as well as what to expect upon my arrival home. The entire team did a wonderful job, and I would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat!

+ -1 moreThey came. They gave me an estimate. That's what the final price was. They did the job. They showed up when they were supposed to show up. It was just overall a very easy deal. Two of my neighbors also used him. I wanted him to do something, he did it and it was done right. There wasn't a lot of trouble involved, at all.

+ 1 moreExcellent overall. They explained why the mastic was better way than the plastic inerts that had been recommended to me.
Description of Work: They removed wood spacers form driveway joints and replaced them with a kind of mastic. Work was done more quickly than estimated. No problem with cost estimate. When grass started growing from some of the joints that had been filled, they came back and repaired/replaced at no additional cost.

+ -1 moreScott (owner) has come for estimate himself.Very pleasant person. He has organized the job to be done by contractor. Some things had to be corrected (few cracks was not filled completely), but Scott is very responsive and respectful to the castomers. Overall, job was done well. It is a very young company, but has a great potentials and if needed, we can recomend it and will use their services again.

+ 1 moreMastic Masters answered all my questions about the process. They offered two different products, at two different price points. They came out, measured and gave me a very competitive cost estimate. They postponed our first date to do the work due to the risk of rain. Two men came out the second opportunity, worked steady and appear to have taken no short cuts. They were careful with the product, it wasn't spilling over the joint edges - neat. They cleaned up after themselves. Barricaded the drive with caution tape and told me not to drive on the driveway for 24 hours and not to pressure wash for at least 30 days. The only disappointments were; the day of the work the foreman told me it was too bad I didn't have one section of the drive raised - I wish that recommendation would have been made when I received the estimate. The foreman explained Mastic Masters doesn't pump up concrete but they refer to companies who do and typically follow when their work is finished. The other disappointment, I added the walkway up to my house the day of the work and I now wish I added the sidewalk in front of my house. Based on the cost to add the walk to the front door I might have been able to afford the sidewalk too.
Description of Work: Called "restoration of concrete driveway joints", contractor pulled out what remained of the old wood in the joints, ground the interior sides of the joints, inserted a "foam" backer rod, and then added a sealer.

+ 2 moreI used concrete raising to fix walkways and driveway( raise it) they referred me to this company . I am very satisfied w/ the result. I also learned why the driveways crack so much and it has to do not only w/ poor workmanship by the concrete people but with having the gutters spill the water on the concrete and joints and not having a good system to channel the water under the soil or w/ sleeves to the lawn.
Description of Work: They removed rotten wood from the driveway and walkways joints, cleaned it, pressure washed, filled the joints w/ a foam backer and poured the mastic w/ a color that suited the driveway.
