The inspection crew and the repair crew were very prompt and efficient and were still friendly and respectful with me as I observed and asked questions. They did not make me feel that I was in the way of their work.

They came out for a Chimney inspection and cleaning. The rep looked up the chimney and said we did not need a video inspection. We do not need a cleaning at this time. He inspected the chimney cap and found the spark arrester has deteriorated and will need to be replaced soon. We currently trying to decide if we want to do that this year or next. No charge for the visit.

My service window was 2-4 PM. At 4 PM I called for an update. The customer service rep got right on it. She found out the serviceman had gotten tied up at the dentist. She immediately contacted their supervisor and he promised to come out at 9 AM the next morning to do the inspection/cleaning. I was extremely pleased with the service. My chimney was cleaner than I thought. I was informed that the cap is not up to current codes. I am checking with my TH HOA to see if that is covered by them; and if not, I will definitely be calling Masters to get me fixed up.

My chimney looks beautiful! We paid for repairs to the crown, a coating, and a new custom chimney cap. Having these three services completed, we were offered a discount and the work was done quickly and professionally. I love our stylish new chimney!

Originally came out to remove a birds nest and get a bid on replacing my chimney chase and spark arrestor. They did a great job and came in with the best bid. Great service and very professional. Highly recommend.

I had them out to do an estimate for repair of the chimney since it was leaking, come to find out it was not installed correctly by Palm Harbor in the first place. We decided to have it permanently sealed instead of fixing it. The 2 gentlemen that came out were very professional and courteous, they removed the pipe and sealed the hole until we can get the roofers out and just charged the price of the estimate, nothing extra for their work on sealing the hole. I will use them in the future for any of my fireplace/chimney needs.
