charged for services not provided, incomplete job. Double scheduled original appointment, when I was available. Had to come when I was not available to inspect work . Charged for chiminey sweep and it was not performed. Floor of fire place was not repaired or painted.This will be rescheduled and done right when I am here. if not I am requesting a full refund and contacting BBB.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all our questions and offered lots of helpful information. I will call her again when we need out chimney cleaned next time.

They called me super fast and came out the next day, took care of the problems I was having and set me up on a continued service. It was nice and pleasant.

Dennis has had to come out 4 different times to get rid of my bee problem. The poor man is having to come back again because the bees keep finding a different entry point they have never used before. Not once has he complained or been unprofessional about the return visits. He even got stung on one of the visits! He just blew it off as part of the job.
