Great service. We purchased the house two years ago. We have not used the fireplaces but wanted to make certain they were safe to use this coming winter. Both were inspected but only one needed to be cleaned. The technician completed the work as planned and at a reasonable price. I will use them in the future.

Honest company. The technician inspected our fireplace, offered advise, and gave us an estimate of time for the foture as to when we would need the cleaning. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite.

I phoned at 11 a.m. and made a 2 -4p appointment. Darrell called at 2p and arrived at 2:45p. By 3p he had assessed the problem. Advised me that he couldn't fix one of them, but was able to fix the other. By 3:30 p I knew what action I needed to take, I had one exhaust vent covered and bird free. It cost $89 and I would call them again.

I hired Master Services for repairs to be made at my sister's house in Webster, TX. Our technician was polite, professional, and knowledgable. He quickly determined the source of the water leak in the chimney. We needed to order a new chimney cap. Within a few days, the technician returned with the new cap and installed it quickly. We were very pleased with the company, the technician, the work, and the price. If I ever need chimney repairs at my own house, I will contact Master Services.
