FIRST OF ALL THEY WERE AN HOUR LATE, MY APPOINTMENT WAS BETWEEN 12:00 - 2:00. I CALLED AT 2:05 OR 2:10 TO FIND OUT WHERE THEY WERE ASSUMING THEY MAY HAVE GOTTENT LOST, THEY DID NOT CALL TO INFORM ME THAT THEY WERE RUNNING BEHIND UNTIL I MADE THE CALL, THEN I GOT A CALL BACK. WHEN SAMANTHA GOT THEIR AND INSPECTED THE FIREPLACE SHE SAID IT DIDN'T NEED CLEANING, SAID SHE WOULD CHECK ON THE ROOF TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK, A TOTAL OF 10 MINUTES WAS SHE THERE AND I STILL GOT CHARGED A $75 "INSPECTION FEE", WHEN I MENTIONED ABOUT THE $10 WEB DISCOUNT, SHE CLAIMED SHE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT. VERY FRUSTRATING!

The Co. came a long way. I was shown what needed to be done in a prof. manner. Very mannerly.

Very knowledgeable, when done, I felt a know A LOT more about the fireplace than when I started. Part of the job was to mortar and paint interior of fireplace. Had to insist on a better job when they thought they were done. Replace chimney cap, nice job and sealed brick on exterior of fireplace, nice job.

They scheduled the estimate promptly, showed up on time, and installed the chimney cap as promised.

She was on time and very knowledgeable about her profession. I have hired them to replace the damper and clean up the fireplace. They are also going to upgrade the look of my fireplace with paint, new rocks and layout. I look forward to seeing the finished product.

Brian was very courteous...On time..And explained everything to me so that I could understand what was going on...

They were prompt, their estimates were accurate, and the service was accomplished with excellent professionalism.

Brian did a great job. We have never used a gas fireplace with fake logs before and he was more than willing show us how to use it safely. Also he was on time for the appointment. Actually he was about 15 minutes early, which is very unusual. Thanks for the great job! We're excited about having a nice fire this Christmas.

Brian McMahon came to my house right on time as promised, was very courteous and left the place impeccable after cleaning and inspecting my chimney. Will definitely recommend him to my friends, and I thank you for a very good selection.

Two men came to my house and I'm not sure which was Masters. If this was the person who actually did the work, he was great. If this is the "supervisor" I was unimpressed.

They were professional & very through. Thank you for recommending them to us. We will definitely use them in the future.

Fine job ... Showed up right on time

He arrived on time & did a professional job. The only problem was he flipped a switch in the attic which cut our air-conditioner off & we had to have repair people out on Friday evening to determine what the problem was. You need to give your service men a little bit of training about switches.
