Roxane Witte, Realtor, helped me in find a rental property. I was new to the Houston area and only had a very small window of opportunity (8 hours) to look at available properties. i was incredibly disappointed with the much vaunted Martha Turner organization. The broker was very pleasant but somewhat inexperienced with real estate in general and our area in particular. By the end of our meeting it was rather clear to me that what she primarily had to offer was the ability to put a for sale sign out in our yard, and stand back and wait. The realtor we did actually hire ended up getting a full price offer for our renovated 1955 house because she could see all that went into the reno and the incredible value that the house is. Something that the other companies couldn't/wouldn't see.

She was just very sweet, very knowledgeable and right on target. She even helped the folks who bought the house with some issues that they had and it was nice to hear that she was so helpful to them. She was also very professional and very patient.
