Marlin Construction

Called for an estimate on 8/25. John inspected the next day and work was scheduled for Saturday the 31st. Work was done quickly and professionally. New shingles, decking, flashing and siding were installed.

I sent an online request on weds, got a call with in 2hrs said he was on the other side of town and would be in the area the next morning working another job and would stop by to take a look. After his inspection he offered same day fix and it worked with my schedule so we did the deal. There was no hard selling or trying me to fix/replace more than what was needed. We discussed cost of a new roof cause several others in neighborhood have had theirs replaced. He said I was good for another 10 years. He called later that day to let me know the crew was about 15mins out and he would be there shortly thereafter.. The crew was very professional and courteous. Work was done very quickly.. John showed shortly after they started, confirmed all was fixed as promised..

Wow. What can I say? I have never seen such a customer oriented and responsive contractor. Our buyer requirements changed as the job progressed - and Marlin was always more than cordial to accept and adapt to the changes. His crew came out and worked efficiently. The owner stayed on site to oversee the whole operation. The clean-up effort was amazing.This was a steep roof and a complex job. Marlin did a great job - we will definitely use them again for other projects.
