I called Jennie for a quote and after our first conversation, I quit searching for a granite installer. She recommended what types of granite would work for us and which wouldn't. She guided us to the places she has purchased stone from and that have treated her fairly for years. She doesn't try to make a killing on her prices and there is no markup on the granite...all you pay for is her services. Jennie and her team came in, assesed our needs, made measurements and off they went to craft our countertop. We set a date for installation....they came, they installed, they worked flawlessly. They went above and beyond by helping me install our farmhouse sink which needed some holes drilled and cut and fitting the garbage disposer. They worked with me on where to put the holes for my faucet and soap dispenser. Overall this was the best contractor experience I had while remodeling. Thanks Jennie.

Does respond very quickly. Doesn't have as many options as other places.

I had a small piece of leftover granite and needed it cut to fit an angled bar top. I made a template of the top with poster board and they cut the granite to match the template and finished the edges on three sides. Then they taught me how to install the top, fill the seam and seal it. They gave me all the stuff I needed and were very patient to explain each and every detail. It turned out great.

They were very responsive. I called her on a Wed and said I wanted some granite that was similar to Venetian Gold in a week, what could she do. I was looking for a deal too and told her I was flexible. She was great. She came and saw my space and suggested a piece that she had left from a previous job that someone refused. She offered to let me come look, but I passed as she said she thought it would be great in my space. Really knows her stuff, telling me how various options affected my price and helped me pick out what would look great. She came back again to make a template and then to install. The installers were nice and did good work. They made suggestions, fixed small problems that were not their problem (out of level counter), and made the transition on my back splash from granite to tile look amazing. She moved my install date back a day, but in fairness to her I had a crazy schedule.

It went well. They did the installation in a timely fashion and the countertops look wonderful. The price was very reasonable; less than $3000 for an entire kitchen including a 4 x 4 island. I only gave them a B on professionalism because the owner (who organizes everything herself) does not use email, which I consider to be a necessity for business in the modern world. But, boy, she really knows her stuff.
