 + -1 moreThe following day the manager of Manicured Landscapes called to say they were not scheduled to mow on July 1, but instead on Aug 1 which was untrue. I had waited 10 days for them & then they just didn't show up & my grass had not been mowed for 18 days so even though I was under doctor's orders not to mow, I had to go out & mow or my lawn was ruined. This company is unreliable, rude on the phone and does not do the job. I now understand the bad reviews on Google.
Description of Work: Called this company because they're in my neighborhood & thought they would be prompt since I was unable to mow anymore.. Ten days later they were scheduled to be there but never showed up so lawn had not been mowed for 18 days. So much for being prompt and not taking care of business. I called, got the answering machine & soon a different company returned my call. Didn't take long for me to figure out that the company I thought I hired had farmed out my request & the new company just didn't care if they mowed or not...so they didn't.
