We have been using Maid Brigade (out of this office location) for about 1 year. We saw them cleaning our neighbors house and decided to give Maid Brigade a try. The Maids are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They do a very good job of cleaning the house without taking shortcuts. (Note: Being a degreed engineer with decades of experience looking for hard to find flaws provides me with exception scrutiny skills, so I know how to audit their work very well). Even if we ask them to do something special after they arrive, like to clean out a refrigerator, they do it without comment or hesitation. One of the things we are very concerned about when considering maid services is the security of our personal property. We have NEVER had ANY issues in this area with Maid Brigade. We are very fortunate to have found this Maid Brigade team at this location.

There was two ladies that cleaned my house. One lady cleaned the bathroom, bedroom, and cabinets in the kitchens. Another lady cleaned the living room, kitchen, and hallway. She did a good job, the the lady who cleaned my stove range top, and the bathroom floor had to come back out because she did not do a good job with these. The supervisor came out to redo these items for them me.

I have used this company for almost two years and am consistently pleased with their work. On the rare occasions I am home when they are working, the staff is friendly and professional, consistently going above and beyond my expectations. I am always pleased with their work and have never had a problem with the cleaning crew sent to my home. Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing a good house cleaner.

Plusses: professional, English-speaking, friendly, use all green materials Minuses: price is too high I was happy with the job they did. The woman who cleaned the refrigerator and oven did a very thorough job. For vacuuming/sweeping - they use these huge machines which suck everything up from both carpet and bare flooring. Far better than using your standard vacuum. For just general dusting they did a good job - but I thought they might have cut a couple of corners here and there. They use mostly green materials for the cleaning which was kind of an added bonus. The maids were very very professional and friendly. I had no problem being comfortable having them in my house. A manager came by during the service as well to check on things. At the end they left evaluation cards. My only beef about the service was the price. The initial estimate I was given was $110-$140 for 2 hours of work, which included the oven and refrigerator. Well at the end of 2 hours they still weren't done yet. So they asked if I wanted them to stay an extra hour and I said yes of course because I needed it done. Well because of the extra hour the total worked out to be almost $210 which I thought was pretty steep for a 2 1/2 hour maid cleaning job. Basically $60-$70/hour is what you're paying for 2 maids. This seems to be a good company. I will most likely use their service again but due to the high price I will probably only do it every 60 days.

the initial contact with the company was thorough and overall good...the representative that took my information and gave me a quote seemed professional. Unfortunately, the housekeepers did not impress me. The first cleaning was what they consider a thorough cleaning and I paid considerabely more than I have in the past. I expected everything to be spotless and that was not the case. I was disappointed...with the following visits - my time slot was over booked - and I was worked inthe following day, however, they were a few hours late. I was just not overly impressed

They were great. They were thorough and polite. They did absolutely everything and were out of here in no time. They even followed up, 6 months later I got a call from them asking if I needed any more help from them. It was definitely worth what I paid for their service.

We're happy so far and like that they're green-certified. The house gets tidy and clean without all the chemicals and artificial fragrances. The only drawback is that some chores do need the stronger chemicals, like mildew in the shower, but hopefully regular cleanings will keep that in check. Professional and respectful and have convenient scheduling.
