The same morning of the appointment he texted and changed it. Then arrived over 30 minutes late. The worker seemed very confused on how he was going to fix it. He said he needed to make a call and went out to his white van. Then he just left without a word. It was such a waste of over 3 hours waiting on this company for the appointment we made and then completely unprofessional upon entering our home and then leaving without another word. Very poor customer service.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company - they were wonderful. When I initially contacted them for a quote, they were prompt in getting back to me. The improvements we were doing needed to happen before we moved in, which was a quick turnaround but they made it happen. They were on time each day, communicated well about how the projects were progressing and gave me a great idea of what to expect throughout the whole process. They were very kind and courteous, fabulous customer service skills. Their work was very neat and they went above and beyond to ensure the project was done as discussed - they truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, super professional, honest, kind and hardworking. I hope to have them back out soon to help with a few more updates and highly recommend them.

Had to update, as now (3 years later) the outside of my house needs painting. Based on my past experience with this company they were definitely one of the first companies I called for a quote. Although the owner was very punctual in our first appointment and I provided the information I hoped to obtain in a quote it went downhill from there. After two weeks I still had not received a quote and when I reminded him he did not send back a formal quote, but a couple word email with a ballpark price and that was it. Not even any of the information we clearly discussed. After having recommended him to my neighbor, who had them do a complete inside and outside paint job, and to anyone that asked me for a painter recommendation, I see I now have to go back and tell people my new experience and information. Would definitely not call in the future.

These guys were great! Milton, Walter and Nelson were so patient with us, as we changed the plans as we went along. They did a fantastic job on both bathrooms, and we'll be using them again!
