Description of Work: I have purchased new and used vacuum cleaners over the years from Rodney, the owner of M&M Vacuum Cleaners on Kirby Drive. He knows his merchandise, listens to the needs of the customer and meets those needs with the best products at very competitive prices. Plus, he has an amazing supply of parts for all makes of vacuum cleaners for reasonable prices. I had selected a Meile Cannister Vacuum Cleaner and found it at the major online retailer as well as big box stores. Then decided to go to M&M to see if Rodney could match the prices I had found. He provided me with a custom vacuum cleaning system to meet my needs and at less than I would have paid online or at the big box store. Don't be put off by the size and interior of the shop, which is wall to wall vacuum cleaners and parts, new and used. Rodney knows every piece in there. He is confident of his products, so isn't pushy. I LOVE my Miele vacuum cleaner, which is no longer new, since i purchased it months ago.

+ -1 moreI took my broken Dyson in to see if it was cost effective to fix. They gave me a free estimate and told me if they encountered anything different than what expected that they'd call. They called 2 days later saying it was fixed. I came in and picked it up. It works perfectly. It was definitely cost effective to fix rather then buying a new one ----although they do sell new vacuums too.
Description of Work: My first generation Dyson was broken. The cord was fraying and the upright/staff wouldn't stay clipped down.

+ -1 moreWhen selling a vacuum, Rodney shows you everything the vacuum does and how to work it. He will tell you about each vacuum starting with the least expensive to the most expensive and the difference in each (of the same line).
Description of Work: No work performed, but I just bought my second vacuum cleaner (the Mercedes of vacuum cleaners: a Miele) from Rodney, owner of M&M Vacuum. I would not go to anyone else to buy a vacuum cleaner. He knows his products and is upfront, honest, and will not try to sell anything that you do not really need.
