Everything went really well and better than expected. M&M Supertech technician arrived on time and identified the problem that we were experiencing. He immediately went to work and was very knowledgeable and worked quickly. I appreciate the feedback and explanation of work that needed to be done and when he finished, he cleaned up the areas and the phone lines worked perfectly.

I must say I was very frustrated because of the internet issues I was having. How quickly we forget how reliant we are on our internet - Alexa and the related automation, tv streaming, pc’s etc. Mr Ibe showed up a little early and I was very pleased. He arrived with shoe covers which also impressed me. He was able to setup a Wi fi connection between my house and garage apartment, update the router and modem. And check the Wi fi connections on each of my tv’s and ensure there are no dead spots. He was fast, clean and explained everything he did. I plan to call him again the next time I have an electrical need.

Instead of running the network cable up through the attic, as I had anticipated they would, they ran it through two walls, with a portion of the wire mounting being along one wall of the garage. To make it worse they poked holes through muliple locations in different rooms of the house. In one room they left a coat hanger sticking out through the wall. It was really awful work. Very unprofessional. They then tried to sell me more services! No way would I ever use these folks again and I advise all to stay away from them!
