Description of Work: Significant siding repair to 90 year old house in an historic district. Replaced siding, rebuilt eaves and also repaired/rebuilt porch columns. M&M also replaced my roof in June 2011. I like these guys. They quoted promptly, work started and ended when they said it would. They cleaned the work areas very well at the end of the job. I strongly recommended M&M Roofing.

Description of Work: A person from the company showed up to perform the cost estimate. I signed the contract for the work and was told that someone will call to schedule the date for the work. To date no one called (after 2 months). Work was never performed.

Description of Work: We had our siding replaced. They came on time within sweet of us getting the estimate. The finished product looks beautiful and the work is top quality. The installers were extremely courteous and very skilled in their craft. We watched them throughout the job and were very impressed. We highly recommend M&M Roofing!

Description of Work: The service provider, Christopher, provided a quote for repairing two leaks on our roof and we had a few follow up questions. Initially he got back to us, but then he stopped responding to us. When we contacted the office he finally got back to us. We scheduled him to come out and perform the work and then after coming out he said his crew couldn't do the work because the roof was to steep. Three other roofers had also come out to give us quotes and neither one said our roof was too steep. Moreover, he did not say our roof was too steep when he came out to inspect the roof and provide us with a quote. I would never use them. Christopher was not consistently responsive and said he could do work that it turns out his crew is too inexperienced to do. Notably we had a another roofer come out after Christopher said his crew couldn't do the work who had no problem doing the work.

Description of Work: Did roofing repair and carport roof replace along with siding replacement. Very good company. These guys need to be on your short list. Very honest and professional and they know what they are doing.

Description of Work: Replaced my roof, two stories. Arrived when they promised. Completed work faster than quoted. Cleanup was excellent, only found a very few roof nails in the yard. Weather was hot however, team kept working to finish before time. I have used them again for siding repair and to rebuild some termite damaged porch columns. Great company, great service. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: We obtained 3 quotes to replace the roof (shingles; air hawks; ridge vent) on our 2900 sq ft, 2-story, detached garage home. The quotes were $12,000; $10,000; and $8,000 (M&M) for GAF Timberline HD Lifetime shingles. We chose M&M because of the quote, the BBB rating, and the Angie's List rating. Once we signed the contract, M&M scheduled us within just 3 working days. The work was done over the course of 2 days. We are very pleased with the result. The roof looks great; the crew did a good clean-up job; and the quality appears to be good. We have no complaints about M&M and would unreservedly recommend M&M to friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: M&M replaced our roof, soffit, facia, and gutters, trim, and framed out certain areas of the roof. Our representative, Jim Williams, was fantastic to work with. He was very responsive and, given this was my first roof replacement, talked me through everything to make sure I fullly understood the work. After everything was complete Doug, the owner, called to make sure I was completely satisfied. Highly, highly recommend M&M.

Description of Work: They removed the existing roof, repaired rotten decking, applied felt over prepared base, pre-painted drip to all roof perimeters, GAF StormGuard in all valleys.Replaced all galvanized vents and lead plumbing jacks, new flashing to chimney and walls. 40 if of Cobra 111 ridge vents and 5 low profile vents, Pro Starter Strip to all roof edges. Fiberglass composition shingles to house,garage and breezeway-GAF. Cut 3-tab ridge caps to all roof ridges.Clean up was great, run magnetic sweep of area. 10 year warranty. Had them back 8/19/14 to install gutters. Cost $2,000.00. Would highly recommend them, efficient and more then pleased with the quality of work.

Description of Work: I had a roof leak and thy noticed that the last provider failed to dd flashing around the chimney. I consulted neighbors and they suggested M and M for this problem and I was grateful for their speedy attention to the problem.

Description of Work: They replaced a section of flat roofing on my step-father's house.
