Description of Work: Despite rain, M and M managed timely completion to our satisfaction. Replaced old cedar where needed, installed windows, reconstructed a tricky breezeway, re-painted the house. Professional, articulate, utterly polite, fairly priced, very good workmanship. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: ROOF WASN,T REPAIRED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. WATER LEAKED IN AN UNUSED BACK CLOSET. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO FIX IT, IT WASS FIXED, HOWEVER THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR DAMAGED CLOSET WHICH BY THEN WAS INFESTED WITH MOLD AND MILDEW. OH, NONE OF THE WORKERS SPOKE ENGLISS....WOULDNT RECCOMEND THAT COMPANY TO MY ENEMY

Description of Work: They replaced damaged facia board and trim on the eaves of my garage and replaced rotting facia board in the back rear corners of my house. All replaced wood was paint matched. |It was a little expensive but Mike was up front about the cost because normally they do large roofing jobs. I couldn't find a handyman or another roofing company that would do the work due to the second storey height or that it was too small of a job. They did a good job and I'm glad for their service.

Description of Work: Fixed siding on house where minor damage existed. They where prompt and curtious. With the recent rain they informed me that it would be two weeks or so until they could come and perform the work which was fine by us since we where flexible. Once the work was completed, the site was left clean and everything looks great!

Description of Work: Fixed problems with my roof and siding and installed air vents. The price was a bit too high in my opinion and I cannot judge the work they did but it looks good and the attitude and responsiveness was very good.

Description of Work: I called M&M Roofing on Thursday, March 12, to schedule an appointment to have someone look at a leak in our upstairs home office. After receiving no return call (I left a message with a receptionist), I called at 11 AM the next morning (Friday, March 13) to see if they had the correct number. I was told that the person calling me back would call after he got out of an all-morning meeting that ended at noon. I never received a return phone call as of the date of this review (Tuesday, March 17). | |My husband and I are very reasonable and understanding people - I'm sure that after the rains of the previous week in Houston, M&M is probably very busy. And that's a good problem for a business to have! However, I think that perhaps the receptionist should provide more context, like "I'm so sorry, we are so very busy right now after these rains - hasn't had a chance to return your phone call. I will have someone call you back in the next day (or two)." | |Since we didn't hear anything back at all, we moved on to another A-rated Angie's List contractor, who returned our call within two hours.

Description of Work: Replaced all of our old windows with new energy-efficient windows. Removed our old plywood siding and replace with new HardiePlank siding and trim. Caulk and paint the new siding and trim. | |There were three crews handling the work, and each crew did an outstanding job. | |The new windows are beautiful; they give us a new level of comfort in the house; and they keep outside noises from disturbing us. I was totally surprised to see how quickly the old windows were removed and the new ones installed ... 1 day and it was all done! | |The siding was installed in a horizontal, shiplap fashion, and looks great! We have a lot of siding on the house, and the crew made sure that everything fit together just right. | |Then the paint crew showed up to prep the siding and apply two coats of gray paint. They took the time and care to do it just right. Our house looks fantastic outside! | |I wish we had done this years ago. And I strongly recommend the work by M&M Roofing & Siding!

Description of Work: Replaced the old fascia boards and soffits with HardiePlank in the front and rear of the house. Re-hung the old gutter in the rear, and installed new gutter and screen in the front. They did a super job, and I have a great deal of confidence that the work was done right. We're happy customers.

Description of Work: Installed Hardy materials to the rear of house in soffit area . Did a nice job. Only negative was when crew re-installed the back porch light, no electrical box was used which does not meet the Electrical |Code. When I brought it to their attention, it was rectified immediately. (note: this electrical box omission was also done by a PREVIOUS contractor and was just recently discovered - so be aware). All in all a job well done.

Description of Work: Installed new roof. Okay, overall Professional and cleaned up well. Still not happy about the damage to my newly installed window frames that never got repaired after I complained numerous times.

Description of Work: Mike came out to my house to check to see if I had a leak in my roof, because I had found a spot on my kitchen ceiling where there had been some kind of leakage. I first called an A/C contractor to inspect it, but he couldn't find anything wrong with the A/C, and he suggested I call a roofing contractor. Well, Mike from M & M Roofing Company came out promptly and did a good job looking around in the attic where the leak would have been, but he couldn't find anything either. He went up on the roof and inspected the area of the roof where a leak might have occurred. But he said everything looked sealed and tight on the roof. I did not need M & M's services, but if I had, I would have had no problem using them. Mike was very polite, prompt, and thorough. Also, he did not charge a service call, which I really appreciated, since the A/C contractor who had come out did charge me. I highly recommend M & M Roofing Company.

Description of Work: Impressed by the craftsmanship, fit and professionalism of workers. Job entailed removing existing rotten OSB facia and installing 4" Hardiboard facia with a 2" trim. Total linear length 252'. Facia trim was at 20' elevation. Cost was on the above average cost/ft based on internet search. Given that included removing old materials w/o disturbing drip line from roof, we elected to go with M&M. Have to admit, they made it look easy. They workers are very good. In the end it was an A+ job. Couldn't be happier.
