Description of Work: They replaced ridge shingles and sealed around exhaust pipes. They were very careful when they came inside. They had to come out a second time since we found another leak. They did not charge for the additional repairs.

I am a little puzzled why you gave us the bad grades. I did research and found out that you called on April 1st and got a return call the next day. Our representative said that he had an initial appointment on April 8th and said that he would return the next day with your estimate and that you called him that night and said that you were not interested. I know that our representative has done work for two of your close neighbors and they were very happy with our service and referred you to us. Our representative did take the time to call you back and show for the appointment, I would think that at least would warrant a better grade. Description of Work: We have a leak in the roof. Storms were coming and he volunteered to go up and cover the area and then give us an estimate for a new roof. We got the estimate and the patch is still holding while we consider bids. What a great company! They seem to really care.

Description of Work: HARDIE SIDING: Removed existing original siding on the entire chimney. Installed moisture barrier. Installed Primed 8.25" Hardi-Plank Cedarmill horizontal lap siding. Installed Primed Hardi-Trim on all corners (smooth). Caulked & mortared each side of front windows over garage. Used Hitachi brand double-dipped galvanized Hardi-nails . Caulked new material. Painted new material (2) coats 100% premium acrylic exterior paint - Sherwin William's Super Paint (Satin) . Removed all trash and debris pertaining to above operations including a magnetic sweep over yard. Includes LIFETIME labor warranty on Hardi- Product installation. Includes 30 year manufacturers warranty on Hardi- Product .

Description of Work: M&M removed old masonite siding, replaced with cement board and painted. Also replaced some trim around the garage doors. They did a good job, cleaned up after themselves and were responsive considering the weather in the last 3 weeks in Houston. I will likely use them to replace my roof when the time comes.

Description of Work: I used M&M for repairs to my roof. Chris provided me with a prompt estimate at a competitive price. It took a few days for him to get out and do the work due to heavy rains, but considering the circumstances the work was performed promptly. I would use M&M again.

Description of Work: With recent rains In Houston there was a water leak in the house. I contacted them,got an inspection, and got an estimate. It was a fair price for the work and I was told it was a fixed price. I hired them, set a date, and they arrived, replaced the shingles and finished that day. I am very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: I have a 2 story 2500 square foot house. Painted trim on entire house. Replace damaged hardy plank and painted. Cleaned top of side porch and reinstalled. Removed storm windows and painted the existing windows to make them look newer (42 windows) (Great job) and installed a new back door. These people are wonderful to work with. They communicate and explain everything. Have used before and they are on the top of my "go to list" As a matter of fact, the past storm damaged my roof and I will be using them to repair and replace shingles that were damaged.

Description of Work: ROOF WASN,T REPAIRED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. WATER LEAKED IN AN UNUSED BACK CLOSET. Thanks for taking the time to review our service to you. I did speak with our representative about the issues surrounding your review. He explained to me the area that was leaking was where a flat roof meets a shingle roof and that we replaced the shingle roof just recently and the flat roof nine years ago. It seems there was a problem when the two roof were tied together, which can be tricky. I am sorry for your frustration, but he did explain to me that we were working on getting the leak fixed and he was willing to make some compensation for the damage in the closet or fix it himself, but that he wanted to make sure that there was not any issues with it leaking anymore. He did state to me that he left you a message but did not receive a call back. I have asked him to contact you to talk to you about making the adjustment for the damage in the closet.
