Description of Work: They responded to my inquiry by sending someone to quote the job. Never took a measurement and said he would email me the quote. I sent several follow up emails to him and the general mailbox and NO RESPONSE. I have seen in the reviews this has happened more than once.

Your information was saved into our system on August 25th at 3:13PM. It was given to our representative late that afternoon. We have been telling our prospective clients 24-48 hours for a call back. Our usual policy is within 24 hours and we try to call back as quickly as possible. We extended the call back time in April after the heavy rains and because we wanted to give our prospective customers the most reasonable expectations. We are just about caught up and our calls have returned to normal over the last couple of weeks so we will go back to our normal response time next week. Description of Work: Leak in roof around exhaust vent. After they patched the roof, we still had a leak. We contacted the company and they were quick to send out another crew to fix the problem. In the end they replaced the whole vent and we've had no more leaks.

Description of Work: I developed a severe roof leak with all the heavy rains that hit Houston in May-there was also significant dry wall damage. I called several companies, some recommended by friends, some by Angie's list and some from my insurance carrier. I had a great deal of difficulty getting someone to return my calls or to take the job. Even this company did not respond the first time and the water damage worsened. I called again two weeks later, complaining my initial call was not returned. This time they responded immediately and the work was done quickly and on the initial estimate (even though there was more work than originally estimated). The representative of the company was very pleasant and I really appreciated what they did-will use them for my roofing needs in the future.
