Description of Work: They replaced my roof and all windows in the house. One window arrived damaged and had to be replaced. They cleaned up after each job and were very responsive.

Description of Work: Replaced all roof vents. Some were leaking because they were made of plastic and had begun to fall apart. New vents are made of metal and should last for years.

Description of Work: I have received an estimate to completely rebuild the deck off our upstairs master bedroom and to repaint the trim on my entire house but the work has not been scheduled yet. I have used M&M in the past to repair extensive termite damage, HardiPlank my house, paint it, install a new roof and soffits and so my quality ratings are based on that experience. Mike McCollum and his Team do a great job, are very cost competitive, professional, friendly and very easy to work with.

Description of Work: Had to replace the entire roof. I got three quotes and decided to use M&M because of Rick Shelton who was always available to answer my questions. The crew arrived on time. Quality of the work appears to be good. I definitely would hire them back to do the painting in Spring.

Description of Work: I called M& M roofing and made an appointment, the service techican came out gave me an estimate. I approved the estimate and was supposed to have the work done in about three days. Two weeks later after I had not heard a word from the service tech to scheldule the work, so I called the company and got another service tech, because the first one, Travis made me feel uneasy for some reason and I wanted a second opinion on the work that needed to be done. The second time I got Mike, who I had done business with before. He came out bid the same job for $390.00 less than the first bid. I didn't mention the first bid because I wanted to see if it would be differen. I wanted to see if while repairing the roof, they might have to do some more work. Because the bids were almost Identical. Mike said depending on the rain he could probably have the work done in three days. Two days later Mike called back and questioned me about the first bid, I explained that after two weeks, I called again, because I believed in his company and wanted to do business again, with someone I trusted. He informed me that I had to work with the first tech and I expressed that I was more comfortable working with him, since he had done work before and he gave the better bid. He became irate and I told him that I didn't want either of them and he hung up. | |I was very disappointed, because this is a company that I had worked with before and trusted, I had also referred this business to my friends and some of my real estate clients. It used to be a good honest, trustworthy company, but people change and sometimes when a business gets popular, they forget about customer service and honesty.

Description of Work: Took a long time to get a response. When I did I received a visit from a representative and had a sense of confidence in him. But I never heard back, and finally, weeks later, was able to contact him. He advised they would be unable to do the job. So I lost at least a month trying to find a company that would do the work. Obviously they were busy. I wish they had simply told me that upfront instead of wasting my time.

Description of Work: They reroofed a flat roof under a second floor outdoor deck. We had a long history of leaks in the room below the deck. They installed a product that formed a barrier to water penetrating the roofing under the decking. It has not rained since the project was finished, so we do not know how the product works yet, but I believe it will be successful

Description of Work: Had them install new roof approx 10 years ago. Called because I thought I heard dripping/ they came out quickly and did complete inspection. Turns out my chimney lost its cap and rain came in during heavy storm. Zero charge for service call- they are the best. Hire them with confidence.

Description of Work: siding on rear of house, soffit and facia work, replace 2 sliding doors and two windows, paint all, have inspected and submit satisfactory independent inspections to Texas Windstorm. very satisfied. delays to project came from suppliers, not from M&M.
