Description of Work: I called M&M due to a leak, they checked my roof, stated the roof was fine the leak was caused by a crack in the rubber around a vent pipe on the roof. I asked them to repair around all the vent pipes since they were already going to be on the roof. That was over 2 years ago and no other problems. They were honest in their assessment of the roof, and the other repairs were a reasonable cost and no other problems. Would use them again.

Description of Work: I needed to repair a leaking roof deck. M&M came quickly and gave me an estimate, which included a lot of extra repairs to the roof deck area - so I was able to address other needed repairs as well as the leak. It took them a couple of weeks to get around to my job, but when they did, they were in an out in a day and a half. The work looks good and the M&M guys were professional. I'm waiting for a hard rain to see if they really stopped the leak, but so far, so good.

Description of Work: Designed & installed a copper chimney cover, water-sealed the brick chimney chase & recaulked the flashing between roof & chimney as well as all vent openings in the roof; reroofed our front porch & replaced wooden columns with 2 new fiberglass columns; installed gutters and downspouts across the front and rear of house; demo'd & hauled away an old house-mounted arbor; installed 7 new high quality windows; reframed garage door opening.

Description of Work: I don't recall the exact date of service, but I do know we will never use them again. It took several attempts to get them to come to Galveston to work on my parents house. The work is ok but now we discovered some leaking due to rotten materials that we were not told about and M&M just covered over it. I don't want a follow up call by the company.

Description of Work: Resided my garage. Rebuilt columns on my porch. I live in an historic classed neighborhood, so M&M had to conform to the required architectural restrictions. They did a great job. I felt they gave excellent service and value. They also re-roofed my house a few years before that. Very pleased with M&M roofing.

Description of Work: Good communication. The company worked with me to fit into narrow weather windows. The work was completed quickly and cleanly.

Description of Work: We got a quote from M&M and when we agreed to use in December them they said they would put us on the schedule and call us back in early January to get started. We have often had home repair people that say that but never get back with us. We were pleasantly surprised to get the call as promised. They completed our roof in less than two days and cleanup was spotless. Our cost was exactly what they quoted, with no unexpected changes. The roof looks great. I will keep their name for the next time we get a hail storm!
