Description of Work: It took a lot time to come to repair my roof they request payment to my CC and then they forgot to send me my invoices

Description of Work: Had a small leak from a vent in the attic. They came out quickly to look at it and they used a drone to inspect the exterior of the vent. Was told they would have to replace it. Took 2 weeks for the repairman to return for the repair. Although the sealant under the new vent has holes, I checked during a heavy downpour and there were no leaks. Will contact vendor to recheck sealant.

Description of Work: Nothing. Called to request a roof replacement estimate and was advised that I would receive a call back in 2 to 3 days to schedule that estimate. Never received a call. Will not consider this company for anything and will share my experiences with my neighbors.

Description of Work: Installed new roof. Only one complaint. The contract stated "Almond" pre-painted drip edge (which is what I requested because we had just change the color of the trim on rest of house to "almond") to be installed. When they completed it the installer said he decided the white was better. I am still to this day, May 9, 2016, NOT happy that the "almond" was not installed as stated on the signed contract. It is very noticeable that it is white up against the "almond" trim.

Description of Work: Replaced 20 year old roof on rental property. Mike came out and did an inspection and got the estimate to us quickly. Their price was comparable to two other companies that I got bids from, but I went with M&M due to their good reviews and obvious knowledge of roofing when I asked questions. Their crew showed up on time and finished everything in one day. They did a very good job cleaning up and being careful of the flower beds and yard. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: They replaced the rubber around all the vent pipes on top of our roof and since the work has been done there has not been a leak. Luckily for us, we called them when we did, because soon thereafter there's been tons of rain. Communication was perfection from the get-go. The rep was on time, polite, professional and answered all my questions. The guys who came out to do the actual work did the work over 2 days and all is well. The owner himself even called us to follow up to make sure we were satisfied with their service. I really appreciated this, as most of the other contractors I called were hardly responsive. Great work and would definitely recommend.

(He completed the work while I was away.) He helped arrange a more convenient method of payment when requested. | |There were cracks around chimney and the various vent pipes across my roof.
