M&M responded promptly to my web request for an estimate. Mike was very clear about costs and what options I had as far as adding the soffit replacement to the job. While he did not provide an estimate on the spot, it was delivered the next day and was very professionally presented, with a very clear definition of materials & work to be done. The soffit replacement was done first. Materials were delivered in advance and nearly all the work was done in a day. They were a bit rough on my plants and one light fixture was broken. The fixture was later replaced free of charge. The roofing was delayed several days for weather. The roofing crew took two days and completely cleaned up after each day's work. All trash was removed, although I am still finding the occasional nail. Mike did an excellent job of following up on any remaining details once the roof was done. Payment was simple & quick after all the work was completed to my satisfaction.

As a first time homeowner, I was absolutely terrified about doing this. But M&M was WONDERFUL. My salesman, Rick Shelton, took the time to explain everything, he kept an eye on the work, and the end result was fantastic. The crew was unfailingly polite, they worked hard, and at the end of each day, they cleaned everything up. A friend of mine is in the home building business, and he couldnt believe the quality of the workmanship came at such a reasonable price. There is no possible way I could recommend M&M more highly. They were honest, efficient, did an unbelievable job, and my house looks brand spanking new.

Doug was very professional and courteous in the bid and follow-up. Work was done on time and as scheduled. In fact, workers completed work so quickly that I wondered if I overpaid for the job. But it was what I had agreed to, and they did what they said they would do.

Works was done beautifully, with clean up following. I received several bids on the job, but was greatly impressed with M&M Roofings presentation and timeliness. I really felt good about them having insurance and license for performing this kind of work. And yes I would recommend them to a friend, neighbor, etc. Thanks to Angie's listing, I found some assurance in construction work for a change.

M & M Roofing Siding did a real good job with my roof. My roof was very leaky and I was scared some stuff in my home would get ruined when it rained. I called these guys and they came right over and gave me an estimate and how long it would take. They did stick to their quote and the time that it would take them. I feel that they did a great job of cleaning up; there was not a single nail to be found.

M & M Roofing Siding provided very good, professional work. The new siding makes my home look brand new. The company's price quote also included a roofing job. The employees were prompt, polite, and professional. They did a good job. I am happy with the results.

A practically stress free experience. They came when they said they would come. They did what they said they would do. They were easy to contact and communicate with. The price was extremely fair.

M & M Siding returned my call quickly and came by to give me an estimate. Their prices were very reasonable and they explained how I would save money using hardy plank instead of siding and how the hardy plank is like siding and is very durable. The installation was scheduled as soon as the materials were available and the installers were on time. After they put on the hardy plank, they painted it, but there were some spots under the eves that they missed. So they came back out and repainted the eves and it looks very good. They cleaned up all the mess and left the yard in excellent condition.

When we first bought our house, the very first thing we did was have the roof replaced. The real estate agent gave us the name of M & M, as they had used them before. The job was done in less than two days and done extremely well. The first contractor used in our new home gave us a positive experience. They were very polite and hard working and also cleaned everything up.

The owner returned my call quickly, and came by to give an estimate. His prices were very reasonable, and he was able to explain the durability, and sturdiness of hardy plank. He also brought a long list of references. The installation was scheduled as soon as a day was available, and the workers showed up on time. They did an excellent job, and I was very impressed with them. They cleaned up the yard, and left it in immaculate condition.

The company got the entire job done in two days. They did an excellent job at cleaning all the mess up. They got the job done at the price that they said they would and I also got a forty five year warranty. All their references said they were more than happy with their own roofs and we can say the same thing now.

David Boyles quoted the job in a timely manner. The repairs were done quickly and the skylight has not leaked since. I would highly recommended this company. The owner has called to make sure I am pleased, which I am.

I WAS ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE FAST RESPONSE TIME OF M&M. HURRICANE RITA RIPPED OVER HALF THE ROOF SHINGLES OFF SO I NEEDED TO GET REPAIRS ASAP. M&M LINED UP A CREW, DROPPED MATERIALS (OUT OF TOWN-CRYSTAL BEACH), ARRANGED FOR THE REQUIRED "WIND CERTIFICATE INSPECTION" & COMPLETED THE JOB. TOTAL TIME FROM MY FIRST PHONE CALL WAS 3 DAYS! TOTAL TIME FOR THE WORK & INSPECTION 1 DAY! I KNOW I HAVE A PROPERLY INSTALLED ROOF BECAUSE IT PASSED THE STATE INSPECTION. THANKS M&M!

WORK WAS COMPLETED VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND RESULT WAS COMPLETE CESSATION OF RAIN LEAK INTO FIREPLACE AS PROVEN BY THE LACK OF WATER LEAK DURING HURRICANE RITA. VERY PLEASED WITH WORK PERFORMED!

THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY, SATISFACTORILY, AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THE WORKERS WERE PLEASANT AND CLEANED UP WELL. THE OWNER WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. THE WORK WAS SATISFACTORY IN ALL RESPECTS. HOWEVER, ONE SMALL AREA OF THE FINISHED ROOF HAS AN ODD DEPRESSION IN IT, WHICH THE COMPANY SAYS IS NOT SIGNIFICANT.

OVERALL VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THE ROOF ITSELF WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED IN LESS THAN A DAY.. INCLUDING CLEANUP. SIDING AND DOOR TRIM REPAIR WAS DONE ON THE SECOND DAY. FROM BID ACCEPTANCE, TO COMPLETION, WAS APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS. SCHEDULE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY FASTER CONSIDERING THE NEED FOR HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION APPROVAL OF SAMPLES.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THEIR MESS WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE. THEY ARE CLOSED ON THE WEEKEND, WHICH MAKES IT A LITTLE INCONVENIENT, OTHERWISE WE ARE SATISFIED.
