I was very pleased with the quality and professionalism.

After they roofed my house, a big rain came and I had some leaks. I called them and they came out to fix it. So far, so good. There have been no leaks since. It was extremely pleasant. Their prices are about middle of the road. I'm glad I chose them.

The estimator (Rick Shelton) was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, answered all our questions, and even guided us through the neighborhood homeowners association paperwork. The materials delivery and work crews arrived on time and were fast and efficient. Ground cleanup was thorough (except for three loose nails found on the roof later).

I thoroughly enjoyed M&M every step of the way! Bernard was my contact. He arrived on time to every scheduled meeting. He answered all my questions, & the bid was very clear. Bernard did everything he said he would do. He called me the evening before their supplies were to be delivered so I'd know (Tues) & told me they would do the work on Wed, 1/30, since it looked like the weather was going to cooperate. At 7:30 AM on 1/30, my doorbell rang. One of the crew asked if I needed to get a car out of my garage. The crew was amazing! They worked steadily until 11:30 when they stopped for 30 minutes to eat in my front yard. By 4:00 PM, the work was completed. There wasn't one piece of debris or nail anywhere. The gutters w/ leaf guards were installed on Fri, 2/1. The roof is gorgeous & improves the looks of my home. I am so impressed with the work M & M did that I talked to Bernard about replacement windows. Great company! I highly recommend them!

Travis Diekmann was our representative and was very easy to work with. He was always on time or early; very polite and honest. The estimate was not the cheapest one, but cheaper than a competitors for better windows, so we went with them. The work was finished earlier than expected within a time range that was less than expected. I would HIGHLY recommend this company - very good, thorough, honest workers all the way around!

Travis Diekmann was our contact for the job; he came out for the estimate and arrived promptly at our agreed upon time. On the starting day of the job, again the crew was prompt and Travis came with the foreman to start the job. They did the removal and installation in one day and painted everything on the next day. I couldn't make it out that day for the walk through, so Travis came back after I got off from work and we did the walk through with me when then. Travis was quick to communicate during the process and the overall experience was good. Definitely use them again.

I was very pleased. They were excellent and professional! I had several roofing companies come out and I liked the way M & M did their paper work and quote. I've already got my warranty on it. I would recommend them.

They contacted me regularly before, during, and after the work is done. They are honest and nice to communicate with. I am happy to work with them and would recommend them to members of Angie's List. I have only one advice to everyone. Do some research on the work you want to be done at the time when you request for an estimation. Any extra request means extra expense.

They were quick to respond, by far the lowest bid (almost half!). My only complaint is that they left a little bit of a mess but nothing too serious.

The crew arrived around 7:15 in the morning and immediately started working. They worked through the day taking breaks for lunch and for cooling off (it was an extremely hot day). The roof was completed around 4:30. They packed up the remains, cleaned up around the house, and left. It was not a bad experience. I have only three complaints: 1.) No member of the crew spoke English. It would have been nice to communicate with at least one member of the crew. 2.) I never heard from the crew manager through the day to see how the crew was progressing. I think the crew manager would have contacted me sometime during the day to check up on my satisfaction. 3.) The contract said "magnetic sweep of area," but I think the crew may have a weak magnet. I found many roofing nails laying around my property. I am glad I always wear shoes when outside or I might have stepped on one. But, all things considered, I think the crew did a great job and my roof has stood up against heavy rains already.

David Boyles gave us valuable input on the type of roof to get, and made the process very easy. In addition, he looked at our garage and gave suggestions how to repair it and make it workable again. (The expensive alternative was to tear it down and rebuild.) The fee was as quoted and very reasonable. David supervised the work done by his crew and was available throughout the job. The crews were very professional and efficient. Jobs were begun when projected and completed quickly. The men cleaned up the site before leaving. Now we have a beautiful roof and a workable garage! I would strongly recommend M&M Roofing and David Boyles for anyone needing work on their home. (The company does more than roofing.)

They were not the cheapest we found but they explained all of the different options to me. The owner also called and followed up with me during the roofing process as I wasn't on site when they were doing the work. He had initially over looked that our home did not have vents on them. After he noticed it, rather then charging the full price for the work done, he split it with me. I thought that was very nice of him.

They did everything wrong the first time they came out and they did have to come back to redo everything a second time. The work was also supposed to be done in three weeks and ended up taking two months.

They showed up on time and we didn't have any problems with the work that they did. I can't remember how much we paid but the entire experience was positive.

M & M Roofing came one time to check our roof because it kept leaking and they did not find anything wrong with it. It started to leak again and we called them back out and they found it was the small metal vent on the roof. They fixed it and we haven't had any problems since then. We have a very steep roof and they were insured and bonded so we were comfortable knowing that.

M & M Roofing did a good job installing the ridge vent. Their price was great also. I had several estimates from other companies, but overall M&M had the better price. The crew was great also.

These contractors were horrible. They approached the problem from the back of the house instead, walked on the tiles on the roof, cracking them and causing more holes. They even stepped through the sheet rock in places on the back patio. Since it was in a portion of the house I no longer use regularly, I didn't even know what had happened for awhile and some of the drywall collapsed. They did do some repairs, but not enough and only after I threatened a lawsuit. I am 81 years old and feel I was taken advantage of.

David Boyles came out to give me an estimate and pointed out that some ways to cut the project scope and keep cost down with the essentially the same benefits that I wanted. The work was done while I was out of town and completed very quickly. I expected to get notification of when they were going to start, but did not. The workmanship was good and the grounds were kept clean.

Dave from M & M Roofing called on Tuesday to say that the materials would be delivered by noon on Thursday and depending on when the crew finished there latest job they would start Thursday afternoon or Friday. I had anticipated them starting on Friday. When I arrived home on Thursday the crew had already started working. My neighbors informed me that the materials had been delivered by 9:30 Thursday morning and the crew arrived around noon and started working right away. They had already replaced about a 1/3 of the roof when I arrived. They had stayed until 7 that evening. They had informed me that they would be back on Friday morning around 7:00 to finish up. The crew did arrive at 7:00 that morning. They picked up any trash that was on the ground and also sweep the area for any nails that might have fallen. I'm very please with the work that was done and would highly recommend M & M Roofing to my friends.

Very timely, fair cost, good advice.

The workers showed up on time each day. They all were professional, courteous and very responsive in answering any questions I had about the install. Their quality of work is unsurpassed. I don t remember the price they charged me but I was all smiles at the end of the job.

Not only did the new flashing not work (see below), but the flashing was installed such that it is visible from the inside of the house (partially obstructing the view of the sky light). We called to complain about the work and were told that the owner, who was out of town, would call us back. He never called back. We called M&M again to complain about the work. We were told that our complaint was purely "cosmetic," but that they would send someone out to assess the work. When we asked about the quote to be done by the first employee, we were told that the employee didn't have a quote for us and that they'd have to have someone else come out to give us a quote. Travis, employee #3, alleged that the way in which the flashing was installed was the only way to fix the leaky roof and promised us a quote. Our roof leaked again 2 weeks after the flashing was installed. We finally received the quote 2 weeks after Travis' visit. M&M is sending Agipito out to try again but we're not pleased.

Very professional, prompt and had good follow up.

They handled everything while I was out of town and made it easy for me to pay via credit card by phone once I was back in town. Highly recommended, professional, responsive, and fairly-priced.

I was satisfied. The area did not leak again.
