Audie came out to give us an initial estimate. After working with the insurance they dropped off the material on my driveway. The following week they started work. It took them less than one day to replace my entire roof!

Bernard - the salesperson - is great. He visits the jobsite regularly, he calls with any problems and he is easily reachable. He clearly knows what he's doing and really an asset to that company. The workers they had seemed to be a very competent group of people.

The workers at M & M are top notch. They truly go the extra mile and they know what they are doing. They are very competent and reliable. I would use them again.

We were fortunate to have the same crew who had done a previous job for us - we were happy with them each times. They always went above and beyond what the job called for. We always had people stopping to favorably comment on the colors and paint job. They were punctual and showed up when they said they would. We will be using them again soon for another paint job.

Had some liakage at the ceiling level next to the fireplace chimney. Called M & M for an estimate & after a few phone tags we set up a time for a look see & estimate. Gentleman showed up 10 min early & went up on the roof to see what the problem was. He told me the flashing was in need of replacing & also recommended replacing the chimney cap & gave me an estimate. Job went very well. They came 2 days later & had the job 1/2 done while I was running errands. Completed the same day.

I was really pleased with the workers at M&M and the honesty that they give. They are very direct on what to expect. They are very professional and punctual.

My roof had damage from hurricane Ike. I had gotten quotes from various roofers, however, did not feel comfortable with either their prices or their initial estimate of damage. Then I found M&M roofing on Angie's List and decided to give them a call. John responded immediately and arranged for an assessment and quote. The price seemed good and the personnel knowledgeable. I decided to use them and have not regretted it. They did an excellent job, about 5 people came to work on the roof. They worked continuously for two days, were very thorough and cleaned up with the job. They hand nailed the shingles as agreed in the contract. After the job was done, they cleaned up and took all the debris. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend M&M roofing to my friends.

The whole experience went very well. They got the work done quickly and neatly. There was one small problem and they came back and fixed it. We were happy with their services.

We called to set up an appt to get a quote. After 2 days we still did not receive a response. We called the company twice and the operator could not tell us if anyone had called us back, why no one had called us back, or when someone would be calling us back to set up the appt. This company did not seem professional nor organized.

Esteban came out to give me an estimate. Got up on the roof and made a lot of suggestions about other things that I probably needed, but that were not services they provided. When I called them, they came back exactly when promised, though a little later in the day. They sent four guys and the work was done very quickly. These gentlemen cleaned every single piece of everything in the front and back area.

The company did an outstanding job. The experience started with the overall good feeling that they knew what they were doing to repair roofs and could bring resources to bear as needed. The price was a small amount higher than the broiler stamp roof estimates that I had and felt it was a much better job. Mike, my contact, kept me informed of start date and even adjusted it for my needs due to my travel schedule and wanting me in town during the 2 day job. The roofing material arrived right on time as explained and was exactly what we had requested. The roof replacement took the crew 1 1/2 days even with the addition of ridge vents, repair of the roof decking, and repair of the roofing beam and decking associated with it. The roof looks great. Last, the crew did a great job cleaning up after and I felt very comfortable when I would talk to them and watch the roof progress. I also want to say...Mike had to wait for payment of the roof as I had checks being sent to the mortgage company after repair was done. Then the wait to post and hold to be cleared. He and M&M Roofing were very understanding and worked with me. I am very happy that I used Angies's List to find this company and i made sure they knew how I did. I am a very satisfied customer as the rainy season approaches.

We asked M&M to look at our roof due to some damage from Ike. This was the third bid we were going to be getting. The rep was early which was not a problem. His first question was "is your insurance paying for this". Our answer was we did not know as they had not given us an answer yet but we had submitted the claim. He then refused to give us any estimate until he knew that that our insurance was paying for it. My wife and I are somewhat surprised at the attitude. I understand that roofing companies have more work than they can handle but this reaction was in stark difference to the first two companies that looked at our roof. Both willingly worked up a bid and walked both of us through it explaining what would be done and why. Both are well known companies in Houston and I'm sure not hurting for business right now.

I contacted M & M and asked for an estimate to repair some Ike as well as wear and tear damage to my roof. I've had problems finding someone to work on my roof and chimney because I live in a 3 story townhouse. However Agapito Martinez came right over with a tall enough ladder and walked the roof while I watched from below. When he came down, he was very thorough in explaining the damage (I knew I had a small leak over an upstairs closet) and what the repairs would entail. I asked him to include in the estimate a separate bid for my neighbor in the adjoining townhouse, who also had chimney damage. Mr. Martinez emailed me both estimates later that day. After talking with my neighbor about some of the estimates he received, we tried to go with a company he wanted to use. This company never returned our calls although they had spoken once with my neighbor. Eventually, I talked my neighbor into using M & M although he decided to have less work done on his portion of our shared roof than I did. I should say that when I finally got back with Agapito Martinez over a month after his estimate for my repairs, he still honored the original bid and agreed to fix only my neighbor's chimney while still completing all of the work I needed. The day scheduled for repairs, the first storm front of the season came through. Mr. Martinez called me and asked to reschedule the repairs, which we did. I had to work that day, but he contacted me via cell phone at work and again explained the work he was going to do. He was unable to finish the work on the first day but called me and asked when he could meet with me the next day to complete the work and see if I was satisfied. We met at my house on the second day of repairs and I watched as they completed the painting of the chimneys and laying shingles for my portion of the roof needing repair. I was satisfied with the work M & M did and even had them give me an estimate for repainting the trim on the front of my house as well as repairing some siding that needed replacing. As I write this, they are completing this extra work I enlisted them to do. M & M is not only a roofing company, but they repair siding and do window installation and repairs. Speaking of windows, I had one window that wasn't functioning properly. I asked Agapito to look at the window mechanism and give me an estimate for a repair. He worked with the window for about 3 minutes, was able to fix it, and did not charge me anything for the repair. If you need roof or siding work done, I highly recommend this company.

They were well rated here and seemed to run a professional business. We chose to go with a different company because they were also well reviewed and $1500 less for a comparable roof.

They were very professional, did a beautiful job. They were reasonable on their price. They cleaned up after themselves.

They did a good job. The salesman/overseer of the project, Audie, was professional throughout the project. I would use the company again and recommend them to others. There was some initial delay in the company responding back to my requests but due to the hurricane I'm sure they were plenty busy. After that initial snag everything went quickly - they started the project within that same week.

First off, Hurricane Ike left a huge number of damaged roofs and there are still repairs being completed in our neighborhood. I mention this because punctuality for roof repairs at this time means something different to me than it would normally. After we received an initial settlement from our insurance company in early November I called 5-6 companies to get an estimate for the roof replacement. Many never returned my call despite follow-up inquiries. However Audie, the M&M Roofing, manager for my area called me back and arranged a time to meet for an inspection and give me a quote. He was professional and punctual. After get a couple of other quotes we decided on M&M Roofing. 2 weeks after signing the quote, the material was delivered to our driveway from the manufacturer in the time frame Audie had said. The started a week after the material arrived due to wet weather the previous week. The crew arrived at 7:30 in the morning. Within 15 minutes approximately 10 workers were on the roof and beginning to remove the old roof. They worked very efficiently and the roof was completely replaced by 5 PM that evening. They cleaned up well around the house. Audie came by a couple of days later to followup and make sure everything had been completed according to the contract. Hopefully I won't need another roof for 30 years. But if I do, I won't hesitate to call this company again.

We liked the positive comments they had on Angie's List. They were available to do the job. The did a good job and the clean up was thorough.

Overall, the job was done very well.

He was perfect. They came when they said they would come and they charged what they quoted me. They couldn't have done anything better. The guy was nice. I don't know how he could have improved unless he had brought me flowers.

They came within 1 day to give an estimate and were able to come and do the work the next day. The company has a great reputation... but the actual crew that came out to do the work had come down from Ohio to help after the hurricane.

The contractor crew showed up as scheduled and worked until the job was completed. They were very meticulous in cleaning up the old shingles and nails from the tear off. Very thorough and professional. The crew worked diligently to complete the job in about 6 hours.

I've used them before and didn't have a problem but I need to have more work done. I contacted them three weeks ago and still haven't heard back.

Dan Trevino arrived as promised to give me an estimate. He told me that the job was pretty minor and that M&M would be more expensive than I needed to pay. He referred me to a different contractor who took care of the small hole, replaced the damaged sheet rock and insulation, and painted my living room all for $600.00, plus materials. I was very pleased. A friend of mine needs a whole new roof, and I have given her M&M's contact information. Sometimes the best customer service is acknowledging that someone else could do a job more economically. I will be referring many people to M&M!

They were the highest out of the three estimates that I received.
