First incident: The company was fast to come out to give an estimate. It took a while for them to come and check the roof. Thankfully last year (2009) we had the El Nino effect - so did not get much rain. There were some work that was not completed. And it took over 2 montsh before they came back to finish the job. During the job, they are sloppy - as they left lots of nails and debris behind. This is not only irresponsible but also dangerous to my pets who run around the yard. Over the last few days, i went into the attic only to find water damage on some of my boxes in there. It seems that there was a leak in the roof that was not addressed and it has been leaking into the attic. This was confirmed in the afternoon when there is a downpour and there was water in the attic. I have called them but got an answering service. I have left a message for someone to call me back - but has not heard from them yet. I am still waiting. Second (siding): I got a quote (once again really quickly). However arrnging for the contractor to come back out to fix the problem took about a week before he came out. Once again after hte job, there were nails and debris everywhere which I had to clean up. Subsequently during these past few days during the rain, i noticed that my gutters were leaking everywhere and dripping. I have gotten in touch with them 5 days ago to come and fix the problem but still the problem has not been fixed. I will try again on Monday - but this is getting ridiculous. M&M management - if you are reading this - get in touch with me!!

I would definately use them again and recommend them to all of my friends!

I was very happy with the experience and their responsiveness and caring. They were creative about the solution and helped me decide on the best fit for my budget and the problem I had in front of me. After the work they were just as customer service oriented.

They were fantastic and did a very good job. They were responsive in the quotation and throughout the process. They were absolutely professional.

To make a long story short M&M did a great job. I asked about several options which they could have easily sold me for another several thousand dollars, but they explained to me why those options would be of no benefit on my roof. The only (very minor) complaint was that they did not pick up all of the old nails, but with all the landscaping around our house, I can easily understand how they missed these nails. Also, about a month after they completed the job, we discovered that they had driven a nail through one of our copper a/c freon lines that was adjacent to the roof deck. However, there was no way in the world to see this line because it is completely covered over by foam insulation. In the future, however, I think it would be a good idea for them look for things like this in the attic before beginning the job. On the other hand, even if they had looked, it may or may not have been practical or possible for them to nail on the new shingles without missing the line.

Initial bid was lowest and timing was acceptable. Work was completed on time and professionally. Follow up questions, after installation, regarding simple details were not responded to in spite of multiple calls.

I was a potential repeat customer but I feel like I got the brush off from the rep Mike McKirchy. Some of my jobs were small so maybe he didn't want to be bothered. I had used M&M three years ago to do exterior wood repairs and a complete repainting of our whole house, and I was very happy with them. Mike was very professional on the phone, showed up promptly for our appointment on March 25th and spent a good amount of time discussing the requested repairs with me. However his follow up was terrible. I did get a quote right away for the radiant barrier but received quotes for nothing else. To be fair he did tell me it would take quite some time to get window replacement estimates since things in that area were very busy. I thought it was odd though that he told me they "couldn't get" wood replacement windows (which was what I had requested). A quick Google search turns up several manufactures of wood windows. After I had not heard from him for a couple of weeks I sent him a follow up e-mail asking where the rest of my quote info was for the roof repair, exterior repairs, and siding replacement. He replied promptly but only sent a quote for the roof repair, nothing else. He said in his note that pending EPA lead regulations were delaying the window replacement quote since our house was built in the 1940's. I sent him a second follow up e-mail asking again about the other repair quotes and requesting some clarification about the radiant barrier quote. I never received a response. It has now been over a month since my initial quote request and I have only received 2 out of the total of 5 estimates I asked for. Their pricing is very fair, but I get the feeling the company has grown so large that they aren't interested in what they consider "smaller" jobs.

They were punctual, thorough and cleanup up after themselves. The new siding looks fantastic.

We first got a quote from Mike about 2 years ago. Mike was always prompt when meeting with us. He answered all our questions. Mike and his crews were very professional. Everyday they would clean up. We got about 5 different quotes, before we decided on M&M. We would highly recommend M&M and we will use them again when the need arises.

The person didn?t call me back or show up. When I called them back I got an estimate over the phone. They were unprofessional and unreliable. My experience with them was disappointing. I would not use them.

John Wellman was my assigned contractor. He offered me options regarding the roof and siding that allowed me to choose for both appearance and price. I ended up choosing to have vinyl siding for the back of the house. He did the work on time and all of it looks beautiful. I would definitely use him again.

We could not have been more pleased with the quality of the service, and the guys that did the job were extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. This company's services definitely exceeded all of my expectations. I had received quotes from other companies that exceeded what I ended up paying M & M for all the work I had done and the other quotes were just for power washing. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them. They get an A+ in my book.

I called M&M shortly after Ike tore some shingles off various parts of the roof. While most other neighbors still had blue roofs, M&M was busy replacing mine down to the decking. I had absolutely no problems with the roofing crew. Everything was picked up and cleaned and, except for my shiny new roof, you'd never know anything had happened. I also contracted with them to replace every window and door with hurricane-resistant products. The front door came first, which was installed before Thanksgiving, 2008. This was a bit problematic. The original installer had a difficult time getting everything to line-up. As we found later, after two more trips by one of their senior carpenters, that the original house builders did not properly-secure the two 2x4s to which the door was attached. They removed the entire door frame, stripped some of the drywall and secured the framing. They also spent more time than I expected shaving the hinge area of the door because the manufacturer did not get it 100% square either. These guys really go above and beyond! Finally, in January, 2009, the windows had arrived and were installed during the first week of the new year. The large crew worked quickly and efficiently, replacing 20 windows and one sliding door, even building a custom brace for my dining room window because TWIA regs will not allow three window units to be bonded as one unit... two-max. Everything passed inspection--even the inspector was impressed with the quality of work. Over a year later, I've had absolutely no problems with any of my newly-installed items. Aside from a little bit of dirt & dust, everything still looks as perfect as if it was just installed.

We 1st contacted M&M sometime either late Nov. or early Dec '09. Joe came out and looked the job over and provided an estimate. (I need to mention that myself and my wife were out of town on business at the time and left the house in the care of our oldest daughter, so we were not even there). We had also contacted other roofers, but liked Joe and M&M best. They honored their estimate, even though we took longer than the 15 days specified on the estimate, after which time the estimate could change. They gave us a date to come out and do the work, showed up when they said they would, did the work, cleaned up and it looks great! After being home 2 or 3 weeks after the job was done, I was outside and happened to look up at the roof on the side of the house that the work was not done and noticed that a shingle that had been damaged some time ago by the Direct TV guy had been replaced! Joe never mentioned this to us. They just did it! That alone shows honor and integrity to us. To do a simple little thing like replace a damaged shingle and a) not try to say "Look what we did! but b) not even charge us for it. Yeah, we'd recommend them to others, and plane to use them again as soon as we can afford to reshingle the rest of our house.

They were on time. Did the work. it looks great. They could have been a tad better on putting things back (chairs etc.) but they do great work.

The lead worker, and I believe his assistant also, spoke English. This proved helpful. The yard cleanup was done well. The entire job was done in three days, looked great and still does.The skylights have not leaked. I have been very pleased with M & M. Would hire them again.

I can't say enough good things about M&M and the district Manager Rick Shelton. Their bid was one of the lowest..the work was done exactly when they said it would be. If I had any questions Mr. Shelton returned my calls promptly. He also monitored the job. I want to add it looks GREAT. Mr. Sheltona suggested a storm door on my patio outside door to help keep rain from blowing in. Also extra security. This was the first time anyone had suggested a storm door and it was a wonderful idea. .the owner Doug Mancour also called me to see if everything was satisfactory. I would definitely use them again.

We were happy with their work. They were very fast and very honest. They told us that they had a minimum and our work didn't really need the minimum but we went ahead and did it anyway because we needed it done in a hurry. They were very straight forward, very quick and clean.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing was reasonable and they did a good job.

They got the job done. It was fine. I just think it was over priced. I have no complaints. In future, I might look for someone else but not because of the quality.

I never heard from they again. Perhaps my job was too small.

They did a good job with the siding. However there was a lot of debris left over from the work that the workers did not clear up. I had to clear up after them. The roofing job was done but there was a bit whereby they were suppose to replace the covers to the gutters. It took them a while to get that done - almost a month elapsed before they came back to complete the job.

Everything went well. So far the roof seems fine, but the gutter isn't right and I am going to call them to fix it. Mike was very good. I was very happy with the overall experience. The price was good. I would recommend them to my friends.

They did a good job, and their price was reasonable. I am hiring them again for something else. Overall, I had a good experience with them.

All in all, we would NEVER recommend M & M Roofing for installation of a residential metal roof.
