From agreement of contract to completion of job took only a week and a half; most of that time was waiting on materials. The work crew was prompt and kept to their promised time frame (2 days). One specific issue I was grateful for is they didn't take the whole roof off at once like I've seen on other houses nearby. They only pulled off what they could replace in their time frame and didn't leave the bare plywood open to the elements overnight. The replacement roof looks great and no more leaks! David was quick to respond to any of our questions, knowledgeable about his craft and easy to work with.

Used M&M in the past had excellent service, good people to work with, and fair pricing, talked to Doug several times to get a guy out to the house to see about shingles loss during the bad weather over the Christmas Holidays, Doug Lined up his guy twice, and had a no show twice, Don't think it's Doug, but then Doug is the owner/manager and he should follow up on his calls! if they are over booked, all they need to say is we are over booked and won't be able to get to you for X-amount of time!

Sent an email requesting someone come to my home and give the an esitmate for work on my roof. Mike from M&M called me the next day and came to my house the following day. I did not know if I needed my roof replaced or if the problem was just caused by a leak around a vent pipe. After telling him about the leak, he went up on my 2 story roof and assesed the problem and advised me that the leak was caused from worn out rubber and flashing around one of the vent pipes. I asked about the contition of the roof, and the other vent pipes. He stated he thought the roof had another 3-5 years before it may need to be replaced, and there was cracking in the rubber around the other vent pipes. He gave me an estimate to replace the flashing and rubber on the problem leaking vent pipe, I then asked for an estimate to repair all 7 vent pipes as I'm of the opinion when one starts leaking others will follow. Because of the positive reviews and satisfied customers on Angie's List I decided not to seek out other estimates. Scheduled the work to be done during hours that suited my needs and the work was done and completed as scheduled.

It was an A+ experience overall from beginning to end. The installers did an excellent job and were very neat. In a few years I will need a new roof and I will ask M & M to do the job.

I received 3 proposals for this project. M & M was priced in the middle. I decided to go with them based on their professionalism, courtesy, promptness, and good reviews on Angie's list. Their proposal was very detailed and their representative slowly explained the plan so that a novice clearly understood. They provided me with brochures and catalogs to review each component to be installed. Their workers arrived right on time, completed the job in 1 day as promised, and cleaned up completely. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and would highly recommend them.

Wood floors had isolated damage from moisture. Home inspector suggested that I have roof evaluated. Called M & M, they made an appointment for 2 days later and scheduled repairs the following Monday. The company representative determined that 16 year old roof was in relatively good shape and didn't try and sell a new roof. (Later I found the warranty on the original roof and it was warranted for 25 years.) He suggested that the vents and chimney needed resealing. Price was very reasonable and repairman was out the following Monday. Repairman was very courteous. Good experience. I will call them when it is time for a new roof.

I got a great roof, at a great price with M&M - and my Angie's List membership paid off big time! I just bought an older home with a roof that I was told needed replacement yesterday. I was in a hurry to get the job quoted, but each quote was in the $14,000 - $15,000 range. It was more expensive than other roofs of the same sq footage because the shingles overlaid cedar shakes. M&M came in with a highly competitive quote of $11,500 - and then I was able to use my $500 Angie's list coupon. The crew had been employed for over 15 years and my superviser had been with M&M for 21 years. They were extremely efficient - 6 people. At the end of each day, my yard was cleaned, deck was swept and besides the truck and tools in the driveway, you'd never know that my house was under major construction. The job took 2 days with a thorough clean-up in the morning of day 3. My only complaint was that they did not hose off the gutters, which had some dirt from the gutter clean-out. But, that was it. My roof looks great!

We have had a lot of work performed on this house in the past 15 years, but this was by far the most pleasant and uneventful of them all. Michael was very informative and honest about what was needed and what was not. We appreciated his no pressure style. Our house is about average size, about 1550 sq. ft. so we had an idea of what the average cost was by speaking to neighbors w/ comparable houses that had recently had roofs installed. M & M's cost was what we expected, but the quality of materials and the extra touches was much better than what others had received from their roofers. One of the extra touches, for example, is painting all the new vents and turbines the same color as the shingles we had picked, they practically disappear. Michael told us when to expect each part to be done, and he checked in each day to check on the job. I would happily recommend them, and have already to my brother, and plan on using them again in the future when I have more Hardie board and windows installed.

We had a new roof, courtesy of Ike. Although the roofers seemed professional and competent, about 5 years later we discovered a leak and the original roofers were no longer in business. We called M7M. They came out within a couple of days, gave us an estimate and did the work about a week later. We were pleased with their response and promptness. So far, no leaks!

I would not refer this company to anyone

I was very impressed with this company. I submitted my request via their website, they called me that day and made arrangements to come the next day. When the gentleman came, he looked over my concerns, discussed them with me and gave me advice. It turns out my roof is fine, but I may have some HVAC issues. If I ever do have real roof problems, I will definitely call these people again.

We had a thirty year old roof with up to 4 layers of old shingles that also needed to have all the decking replaced. The cheapest materials were used (10 yr warranty) but M & M also had longer warranty materials that could have been used. The workers finished the job in 1 and a half days (much shorter than other estimates) but mainly, did a VERY GOOD JOB. End cost was within 150.00 of estimate (additional wood). Excellent work and very thorough clean-up. Very hard to . . . but very pleased with this job. whk

Needed a quick fix as I was selling the house and this item was needed for post inspection repair. They did a quick and quality job.

I have used M&M on my personal residence and several commercial structures. They have always been professional including follow up calls from the owner himself making sure I was happy with the work. On the latest project, we were having roof leaks on a commercial building during heavy rainstorms but only when the rain was accompanied by high winds. M&M evaluated the problem and determined that the shingles overall were in good shape but that simply needed to be re-glued/sealed because they were rising in high winds. M&M suggested a solution of re-sealing every shingle on a 14,000 square ft building. This took 2 guys a full 8 hour day to accomplish. Several other roofing companies that we had come out only suggested major repairs ($10,000+) and never suggested this as a possible cheaper solution. They performed the job at the scheduled time and we have not had any problems since although we have had only one rainstorm that was accompanied by high winds.

I left a message on their machine. They never returned my call.

They have been wonderful and do great work. They hand nail all of the shingles in which was a lot better than stapling the shingles down. They were just excellent.

We considered getting several bids, but after reading all the comments on M&M Roofing from their previous customers, we changed our minds. We called M & M and Rick Shelton came out to check out our needs. He was very professional and listened to our thoughts and needs. He guided us through the whole process with what needed to happen, what materials we would need, how much it would cost, gave us options on materials and gave us a start date. We felt comfortable, and with his knowledge and detailed imformation, we had no doubt they were the ones to trust. The project was in two phases. The first was the upper level. His crew came out removed all problem areas working in tandem. They removed old, installed new Hardie, caulked and painted all areas. They did not waste any time what so ever. We were so impressed with their skills and how they worked as a team. A few days later the second crew came out to install the roof on both levels. They were here early and did not stop until the job was finished, late that evening. Again, this crew worked in tandem with each other. each man knowing what had to be done. They worked with skill and that of a sports team, each knows what to do and when to do it. There was no time wasted. When I saw all the debris all around the house and in the truck, I thought they will never get this cleaned up. That evening when they left, I went outside and could not believe what I saw. Nothing was what I saw, it was like they had never been here. Can I tell you how impressed we were. We are so glad that we decided to use M & M Roofing. They said what they would do and, they did what they said. It doesn't get any better than that when contracting work to be done on your home.

charged three times the going rate for the service. When my husband complained he gave some discount so it was only twice the going rate for the service

After your suggesting M&M Roofing, we called them for an estimate on repairing boards on our house plus painting the whole house. The representative assured us that they do that and would contact us with an estimate. That was two months ago and we are yet to hear from them,

The intial appointment for the estimate and the actual installation were completed in the time promised by the vendor. The written estimate was concise and the work was completed for the price intitially estimated. I was very pleased with the services provided and highly recommend this firm to homeowners.

Estimator (Rick Skelton) arrived on time, was very courtious, and followed up with a prompt estimate for roof repairs. Roofer arrived early the next week and performed the service as estimated. Overall very good job. Owner followed up with a call a couple of weeks later to verify that the job went well. One of the most professional companies I've come across in a long time. I would use them again.

Person answer phone - not helpful. Did not seem to care that we had a hole in roof. Response time was four days. This is unacceptable in a rainy area.

The estimator came out quickly and arrived on time. I had the repairs done while I was at work and they dealt with the bill afterwords. Everything went very smoothly.

The work was performed quickly and efficiently. The job site was immaculate upon completion.
